'Jersey Shore' finale posts record ratings for MTV

MTV has yet to decide whether to order a second season of Jersey Shore but the latest ratings should speed up the process. Read the full post.

    I turned it on early in the season, and my wife asked me, “How do you watch this crap?!” After last night she was pissed that the season was so short and is worried that the show won’t come back and that the cast will change. My whole family loves the show!!!

    Please please please MTV, consider a “Challenge” between the cast of The Hills and Jersey Shore. I would love to see these two groups interact.

    A ton of silliness, 20-something angst, fun, and fist pumpin’. And they still managed to find time to care about one another and grow into one big happy Italian family. I bet they come back and this time they really get paid. That show set viewing records for MTV and delivered a world of great exposure for Jersey. I’m sure the tourism industry along the Jersey Shore will experience major growth this year as teens and college kids flock there for their own Shore adventures. Can’t you just see all the Laundering services, tanning booths, and gyms opening up in the area. LOL. Seriously though, loved the show. Can’t believe “The Situation” hooked up with Snookie. !?!……….. My favorite five new words or phrases out of the thousands I learned: 1. Grenade (the hateful, ugly chick hanging with the hottie); 2. Stage Five Clinger( chick that stalks a guy incessantly); 3. Juice Heads( apparently the Guidettes go for the big steroid muscled dudes on the beach 4. McGees( see: Grenades)5. Pimpin( synonymous with playa, The Situation says it’s what he does best). See! Who says tv can’t be fun and educational at the same time. LOL…
