Yeah, yeah, yeah. Do whatever you want just so long as YOU KEEP DOING IT! We – the hubby and I – LOVE this show and just want to know it’s going to continue. It’s funny, smart, and creepy as hell!! LOOOOVE IT!!

Seeing Nimoy with Walter and believing he’ll have more than 2 or so lines would make the finale great. I’m all for it.

I STILL WANT TO KNOW HOW THE DETECTIVE THAT DIED SHOWED UP A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO?

  • BIGFAN

They better not cancel the show!!! I’m sick and tired of the out-of-touch execs at the networks canceling the great shows. This show continues to pick up momentum and fans. It has not reached it’s crescendo – and with JJ behind the wheel and the scientific creativity behind the story lines, Fringe should last for many more seasons!!

I’m sure there are other “Walters”… what if two “Walters” joined forces to go against the first Walter… it would complicate things but that’s what it means by “Infinite Impossibilities”

  • BigJimSlade

So is it OK for our Walter to have taken Peter from the other Walter? No. So even if that caused other Walter to start the war it’s our Walters fault. Maybe other Walter was bad to begin with?

  • tweedle2

I beleave it would be better if the “other Walter died, same as the first Peter as well as Bell the other and story tie in the happen stance of events, told by the Watchers to pull the story board which began with Nazi experaments and has been on going since. I leave it to the excelant(SP?) writers as they have hit a Home Run here already.sorry abiut the spelling i am getting old here.

I wish they had spell check I feel like a five year old tryin to remember lessons taken 60 years ago. Oh well I love this show may it meet our highest hopes and not dash us all on a stormy rock covered beach.

    YES! YES! YES!
This is the best news I’ve heard this year! Fringe is my favourite show — no questions asked. If FOX even THINKS about cancelling it I’ll drive a tank into their office… that’s a promise, not a threat.
I love the idea of the “Other Walter” orchestrating this entire thing. But that requires a little changing in continuity, because Thomas Jerome Newton was called the shape-shifter’s leader by William Bell.
Maybe Dark Walter has Newton as his “general” or something? And wouldn’t it be great that the OTHER OLIVIA is working with Dark Walter???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KEEP FRINGE ON! AND KEEP DOING WHAT YOU’VE BEEN DOING FRINGE WRITERS!

I was thinking for the entire time of watching “Unearthed” that it was simply an unaired episode from season 1.
But then I read a post by FOX Online (I think) that said they never clarified if it was unaired or not. That ep could’ve taken place in the ALT UNIVERSE!
But once again, I found falt in that statement. It couldn’t take place in the alt universe — at least not the one that Thomas Newton is trying to get back to — because PETER is still there.
Maybe, just maybe, there are MORE than two alt universes? And that means that there is another Peter out there somewhere? And that Charlie Francis could come back (HE’S AWESOME! I HATED WHEN HE DIED!) and that there are more Walters, all insane?

Perhaps in the 2nd season finale, or in later seasons (DON’T U DARE CANCEL THIS SHOW!) every alt universe from the “multiverse” collides with each other and we get a HUGE slugfest!

That means we could get three or four Walters in the same room together, three Peters and three or four Olivias!
I know my posts are pretty long but there’s so much detail I wanna put into them. Fringe is the best show ever!

PS: Has anyone else thought that every Walter in the multiverse is partly responsible for this? Our Walter technically DID give Newton the door to the other side. Dark Walter could have sent Newton to get that info, then when he gets it, he will come back and all hell breaks loose. If there are still other alt universes those Walters could all have a significant role to play in the finale!

  • Walter Bishop

I also wonder why Walter never told anybody (as it appears) that Dr. Simon Paris was in fact William Bell. I don’t think that they would’ve left an important detail out like that in between eps.

Maybe he’s known about the Paris/Bell thing forever? Maybe Bell cutting Walter’s head open and extracting the brain tissue was what drove them apart? Bell did technically cause Walter’s insanity.

I predict that in the finale, Walter will venture into the alt universe alone (maybe because Peter has rejected him after learning his past) and meet his other half. Good Walter and Dark Walter are gonna square off and Bell will appear in the last minutes with a gun. He’s going to have to make a choice between either Walter.
Kind of like the TOS ep in Star Trek with the good and bad Kirks and Spock has to shoot one of them.

  • mateo

Remember how Walter stated that things must be in balance-how when one building teleported, the same amount of mass must be teleported back and blah blah blah… Well… I think there is a reason William Bell is on the other side. He is the “mass” that was lost when Walter brought Peter back.

    • Walter Bishop

Hey that’s a good idea Mateo.
I was thinking something like that too, or that our Walter left his dead son there to make up for the alternate Peter leaving.

  • no

Bell would be larger than small Peter to be an exchanged mass. Bell can’t get back because crossing is too dangerous for most people.

Stop your spam and get the hell off these comment boards, Perkins. I would never buy anything you’re to sell this way and I hope that no one else would either.
