I can’t wait for the MJ tribute but i hope its not corny! Because as much as i love the song Earth Song the performances MJ did with that song were really cheesy and i never liked them. so i’m hoping the grammies won’t be cringy

    • omg

I love Earth Song as well and I definitely agree with your comment. Hopefully they don’t roll a bulldozer on stage with the little girl in front of it dramatically putting a flower on its blade which causes the driver to climb down weeping at the site and bowing in front of the girl and begging for her forgi…..sorry I got lost in the moment. I think Michael did do something like that years ago. The song should speak for itself.

I thought they did a great job with Earth Song on the Grammy’s Sunday night!! Very classy!! Well done Prince and Paris!! Your dad would be very proud of you!!

    • MJ 4 ever

dimple…cheesy??? your entittled to your opinion, but NOTHING MJ did was cheesy! NOTHING! He was the most tallented person ever and there will never be anyone that even comes close to his chrisma..get real.

Personally I think this is great news. The only family members given the honor of accepting rewards for Michael should be his children!
Prince and Paris are certainly old enough to be their Dad’s ambassadors and they will reassure Prince II (Blanket) as they are very closeknit siblings.

It’s not true that Michael didn’t want something like this for his children, he let them choose what they wanted to do and be, that is heard in several of his videos. Michael was a great teacher of life and he raised his children for these type of moments, I am sure he would be proud.

Michael’s children will do great things just like their Daddy, I’ve no doubt about that. They ARE Michael Jackson’s legacy.
    It’s all for L-O-V-E.

I have loved and admired Michael for 40+ years and am very thankful to have his children in my life for the next 40+ years (Godwilling). THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!

No matter what the tabloids or trash reporters say about Michael NOTHING will ever make me love and admire him any less. Thank you Michael for capturing my heart bringing great joy into my life all these years. Thank you for the magic, I will NEVER let go of your hand. L.O.V.E. you forever and a day. God Bless you and your children.

Peace Unity Hope Faith beLIEve L.O.V.E.

I have been staying away from TV for the last seven months, but I will watch the Grammys on Sunday only because of this tribute to the one and only Michael Jackson, the greatest entertainer of all time and the finest humanitarian that ever graced this earth. Just as Kenny Ortega said, he was an angel walking the planet who really cared about humanity, especially children and I will love him and miss him for the rest of my life. R.I.P. Michael.

I think that not seeing Michael on the screen singing EARTH SONG is a BADD idea. They should have him ON SCREEN and a lot of people will be very disapointed. Its a beautiful tribute, but we all want to see the artist, enterainer, and most awesome tallanted person on the planet. You got through all the troble to get the #D glasses out to everyone but NO MICHAEL..I think he should be in the song also. what are they thinking!!

    • omg

I agree. It’s Michael’s song and his message expressed in his way. He should be on-screen.

  • VEGAS17

I agree with you to MJ4EVER. The 3D glasses are a wonderful idea, and were easy to get, but I also read that Michael will NOT be seen on screen. So what if it’s a Natalie and Nat Cole idea. Many have used it and everyone LOVES it. To see the image of Michael singing on screen with the other talanted artists would be a much better tribute. We loved Michael, Michael loved us more, but GOD loved him most. RIP MJ.

I am so happy that he says he wants to do right by Michael. All Mj wanted to do was make great music and make people happy through his music. There will always be negative people around but we positive mj fan will keep his legacy.

  • Timberlakeistheman

Why was Justin Timberlake not in that performance?

    So wierd…..
