Did you hear that LOSVU’s show runner Neal Baer is planned to be LOCI’s future showrunner.

  • KK Williams

I read in the Daily Entertainment Zine (MHTN, NYC, NY) that ‘Neal Baer has big plans for the future’.

The first thing that popped into my head was Mark Harmon and Shane Brennan.

  • mark stafford

the show they are talking about is ncis, there has been tensions growing between the leading actor mark harmon who plays gibbs and the show producer shane brennan over the fact that shane brennan is focusing all his time on ncis los angeles and not the main ncis anymore.

FLASHFORWARD just got rid of David Goyer as showrunner, it was announced like a day after this post

You people know he never gives us the answers to these stupid Blind Items. It would be fun to guess for a while, if we knew an answer was coming someday….but one never does.

  • Eric

Um He does h=gives us the answers to the Blind items, sometimes he just says them in a future post and other times its laid out in clue. But there are a few where it might be detrimental to the actors/actresses or even show and its staff if he told so he doesnt. gotta look at both sides. i’d say proly 50-50

My guess is Nip/Tuck. I realize the show is in its final season, but it may be that Ryan Murphy is putting all his focus on Glee and not Nip/Tuck. I’m not sure how it’s doing ratings wise, though.

I definitely think it’s NCIS. NCIS is my favorite show on television but I think the writing has definitely taken a hit this season. The writing for Tony has been especially horrendous this season. They have taken what was an endearing and quirky sense of humor and made him a buffoon. I can’t stand the way McGee and Ziva often look down on him. Tony used to the be the one to lighten the mood with a quick joke but still show incredible investigatory skills. They’ve made him look as if he absolutely adds zero value to the team.

Has anyone considered that the show in question might be ‘Chuck’?

Is it possible that the two feuding stars could be Zachary Levi & Yvonne Strahovski?

Does the Chuck/Sarah relationship although currently cooled on the surface, put perhaps churning underneath stilled waters, count as ‘torrid’?

Has this been previously considered and dismissed for cause?

    Is this thread dead?

A lot of people keep saying that it is NCIS, which it is possible that it can be. Everybody keeps saying that it is Mark Harmon and Shane Brennan. Has anybody considered that maybe it could be one of the other actors? I mean, Michael Weatherly just got married so maybe it’s him and not Mark Harmon. Not that I would fault the actor, not matter who it is. I mean, the actors have families too, and the last minute changes would be taking away from their family time.

What’s the answer already. What is the point of NOT telling us after all this time? What do you get out of it, other than your readers bailing on you….

  • Michelle B

TMZ already reported it. It’s Jon Hamm from Mad Men

  • Roxanna

Ausiello, how many years until you give us the answer? Just want to know how long to wait before I start reading your column again

Since Shane Brenna is out as show runner at “NCIS” and will be solely running “NCIS: Los Angeles” leaving Gary Glasberg to run “NCIS” I’m all but 100% certain that this item was about “NCIS”.

Storylines were all over the place for a couple of seasons. Stories that looked like they were going somewhere fizzled out or were anticlimactic.
I’m glad that each show will have its own show runner.
