can we have more details on Chase’s upcoming plots? I hope the finale is based round him, he is the only one who has had a dramatic storyline all season.

    • norhu

I want to know more about Chase too. But YAY for Huddy! They have the best on screen chemistry ever. I only hope it won´t take too long because even hard core Huddys are getting tired of all these stupid roadblocks and at some point people won´t care anymore.
Right now I still care. A lot.

  • Helen

It’s about time SOMETHING happens. I’m all for Huddy but as long as it doesn’t mess with the show too much.

  • tete

YES YES YES!!!!!! Thanks Ausiello. But eventually for DS can mean the last second of the last episode.
Now I´m waiting for screaming Hamerons and hardcore Hilson to come here and spread their hate.
    GO HUDDY!!

    • ClaireK.

“Now I´m waiting for screaming Hamerons and hardcore Hilson to come here and spread their hate”

And so they have. Too bad too. But completely predictable. Ah well, this news was such a pleasant surprise that I don’t even care.

  • Jus

OMG OMG OMG!!! Does a happy dance!

  • CAM

Not a fan of the whole Huddy thing- never have been. And the truth is, often the actual pairing of 2 characters people want to see together spoils the match. House cares for her, but will he really be able to make her happy?

  • Sarah

This show was so much better when the pairings weren’t the only reason we were supposed to be watching. More Chase please. More Cuddy as she was in the most recent episode and not being House’s wet blanket. More Taub, less 13.

  • kate

Fantastic news! I think they will be the rare exception of tv couples in that they will become even more interesting once they are together!

  • Carla

Why not? I have always had the feeling that it was either Shore or some executives at Fox who were afraid of the hookup, not the writers.
The House writers are smart enough to build up a beautifully and intelligently written relationship (Doris Egan has actually already written their hook up).
Yes, I want to see thighs moving.
And can you imagine the infinite comical gags between House and Rachel when she is two or three?

    • Carla

Aaah, I wanted to write “things moving”

      • Keri

Lol @thighs moving; Freudian slip? I want both things and thighs moving too!

    • Belle

I totally agree. The writers are top notch and can play this well.

      • Em

“The writers are top notch and can play this well.” xinfinity

    • Pat

The writing for the show started tanking in the second half of season 3, at the same time they started retconning the show to push Huddy. Since then, it got more and more soap opera-like and less and less intelligent drama.

As someone who works in Child Services, I want to keep House as far away from Rachel as possible to protect her. The last thing a young child needs is House doing his usual abuse. Or to see him insulting and denigrating her mother.

    • Not a Shipper

But, Carla, it hasn’t been “beautifully and intelligently written”! That’s why so many of us are so turned off by the whole pairing. It’s been loaded with contrivances, anvils, nasty tricks, and junior high school games, and their relationship was never like that before “Huddy” reared it’s head. I think Mr. Ausiello’s constant “Huddy” questions give Shore the illusion that everyone is clamoring for this hook-up, and that’s simply not true!

      • Hughlover

        THIS.

      • Quila

        I SECOND THIS.

      • Kelly Lynn

        THIRD.

      • karuni

        Another one here

      • Bubbles

True! Wouldn’t have minded H/Cuddy in the first or second season as a one nighter but after the official Huddy seasons (5&6) the thought of them together…ick. But, if it means a return to the smart medical sherlock holmes show I fell in love with then I say get them together already! :(

  • Iced

    FINALLY!!!! GREAT NEWS, THANK YOU!!

    And if you’re a sad fan….Just leave! ;)

    • Hughlover

      STFU.

      • Iced

        YOU’RE SOOO CLASSY.

        AS JEN.

  • JesseFan

HAPPY 31ST BIRTHDAY JESSE SPENCER. NOW REGROW YOUR HAIR.

    • Al

YES. PLEASE. OMG. I WEPT THE DAY THE HAIR DIED.

  • Kristin

I watch the show because I love the show. I love House and I love Cuddy and having them together will be awesome. I disagree with those who say that it hurts the show. It’s a very touching love story.

  • Ludmila

Yeahhhhh!!! HUDDY!!! My heart is dancing with joy!
And Hilson fans (I’m a hilson but not that hard core like others out there) you need to realize that House and wilson are not gay, bromance yes but they are not a gay couple. And Wilson is our HUDDY king, so he is first who is going to be happy.

    I love you DS!!!

    • Al

What I really, really, REALLY dislike is the inconsistent portrayal of Wilson. One moment, he’s the “Huddy King.” And then the next episode, they portray his relationship with Cuddy as being rather frosty. And then the next ep he’s got the Huddy pompoms on again. Seriously, writers. Be consistent!

  • Cuddles

    OMG YES !
    * tears of joy *
Waiting for it since season 1 =’D

  • sudsy

    OMG YAY!

  • cherry

Love it!! I hope this is true Ausiie :)
