AJ, I just saw the clip for the first time and that was the one thing that floored me. Ausiello, does that mean that what Zach told Sweets will be revealed somehow and he’ll be coming back to the show as a regular? I want to know!
@chattypatra: Whatever happens, Zach can’t come back as a regular – recurring maybe, but not regular. Maybe he didn’t kill anybody but he did help a mass murderer, set an explosion in the lab and tampered with evidence. After that, nobody would hire him for work that needed clearance. And if the show went there, it would jump the shark for me.
I think I read somewhere that he would appear in a flashback episode, so that would make sense.
That was a fantastic Bones clip and scoop.

Based on your comment, you should be the LAST person to criticize writing anything original. ‘FAIL’ is so overdone now and I’m quite saddened that based on your extensive vocabulary and writing expertise, you couldn’t come up with something better? I’ll stick with the spot-on writers of Bones. Great scene and thanks Michael!
Was I the only one who thought it odd that Boreanaz looks older in the flashback? I’m not meaning to be vain, but it was distracting. Maybe it was the hair or lighting….but he looks harsh, aged.
I think he’s looked bad this entire season. And I hate the way they’re costuming Bones. She looks like she’s going to some 8th grade dance, rather than like a serious professional. Other years have had her look hot, but like a pro. Why are they dressing her like Paris Hilton or a little girl this year? Weird. Did the DP change? Makeup? Wardrobe? Hate the look of the entire season. Now it’s even tainting the “first” meet.
i think that david is likely tired and worn out from a new baby. he has looked thinner this year but there isn’t much they can do about that. also, the fact is he is older. 5 years older. still unbelievably handsome though, as far as i am concerned!
MariM the wardrobe supervisor changed I believe… the woman that took over won some sort of award for a teeny bopper show on the CW?? In any case.. she does not do the Bones cast justice with her choices.
Boreanaz has aged a bit lately, but there isn’t really much they can do about it. Still my favorite show, my favorite cast.

I saw that and was laughing hysterically, my wife was concerned for my mental health. It was such a blink adn you miss it moment in this clip that it’s subtle hilarity really out shined all of the other bits of this.
