… at least one significant death, a childhood flashback with Chuck (Zachary Levi), Ellie (Sarah Lancaster), and Pops Bartwoski (Scott Bakula), and “two big game-changing twists” that exec producer Josh Schwartz promises will top last year’s. “This finale will leave fans very satisfied,” he continues, “and yet talking about what’s to come for a knock-on-wood Season 4.”
Speaking of which, Schwartz says the episode is not intended to function as a series finale should NBC do the wrong thing and cancel the show. “Much like last year, we’re putting all of our chips on the table,” he says. “We are going to drive our fans into a frenzy.”
Here are a few more “chips” to get you pumped for the big finish:
* Casey’s Crown Vic returns in a big way.
* Chuck has a mustache in the episode.
* Big Mike will have a very romantic scene with a Subway sandwich.

CHUCK is a spy comedy. It’s advertised and listed as a spy/action comedy and is, therefore, not a drama. She is not the pregnant one.

Danno, Ausiello clearly said that the twist will leave viewers eagerly waiting on the show’s fall comeback. So unless you know something about a 7th season of LOST that no one else does, it ain’t LOST.

Sarah being pregnant and not knowing who’s the father will kill the show. The fanbase finds Shaw annoying and this would just drive a lot of the base away. Jennifer Morrison is returning to “House” last in the season and I’d bet she’s the one with child. It is someone we’d least expect, and she’ll have been gone for a while by that point.

Shaw may or may not be dead. If there’s anything you should have learned from television, it’s that a “body” that lands in the water isn’t dead until it’s autopsied.
ummm… he only died an episode ago… it is possible to go some time before finding out you are pregnant… however, I hope it has nothing to do with chuck… I am curious to know who the significant death could possibly be that wouldn’t completely put a damper on the show. Maybe the death of Chuck’s mother in a flashback? That’s the only significant death I could think of that doesn’t change the chemistry of the current cast.

Theory is that either Beckman or Pops Bartowski dies, Chuck and Sarah FINALLY get together and become equal ground spy couple (since he doesn’t need “handlers” anymore). So I’m betting the coupling and promotion are the two game-changers.

I can’t wait till Shaw is gone. I know he was brought in to put a wedge between Chuck and Sarah, but the guy has zero chemistry with, well, anyone. Brandon Routh is so milquetoast in everything he does.

How about this: The one that gits killed is Shaw’s wife. Did anyone notice how much Eve Shaw looked like Hannah. I think She is still alive as Hannah, That is why she put on a full court press for Chuck knowing, as a Ring agent would, that Chuck was working with Shaw.
Well, it all sounds good to me, but “Chuck” is my favorite television program, so I can only desperately hope that other people take a look at this cleverly entertaining and fun program, and sticking with it if they like it.

Agree. They kill awesome; Ellie is pregnant. That means Chuck cannot leave Burbank to become a super spy, because that would leave Ellie completely alone while she’s pregnant, and Chuck wouldn’t do that!
