Thanks Jack for eight exciting years. I’ve enjoyed each and every one of them. I love the fast pace!I am looking forward to the movie that’s in the works!
Hannity fans might kill themselves now.
“writers are producing the equivalent of 12 films a year, which is unheard of” … um, except for the other 500 shows on TV. Also, “a two-hour representation of a 24-hour day” is not exactly innovative.
When they cancelled THE UNIT I was in shock for weeks. Now the idea of no 24 to look forward to has put a big hole in my heart. No Jack or Chloe! I would Love to see a movie having Jack Bauer meeting John McClain(Diehard) Taking on Terrorist.
Jack Bauer and Jason Bourne would be even better.
I am addicted to “24″—–I enjoyed every minute of every show. Thanks for a good time.
2 hours is too short for the movie. Go in a new movie direction….
4 movies covering a full 24 hours.
Each movie is 6 hours with 2 (old school) intermissions. I’d be willing to pay triple the ticket price for something like that. It would boost snack and even food sales. The “companies” need to try new things, not just the old cookie cutter movie. Have to remember that the ones that watch the show would be willing to spend the money for it!
Also spread those 4 movies over the course of 2 years. Easier on writers, actors, all the staff…
I am sooooooooooo sad to hear that… I love this show and would love for it to continue… But, c’est la vie… I guess…
Vanessa Carlton????
LOL~ i love that song!
Anyways, i’ve seen all seasons of 24 except this one…i think once season five killed everyone off it was done! I don’t think I’ll see the movie.
its harmless fun and i will miss it
Jack Bauer for president!
A prequel would be nice. Everyone loved Palmer. So it would be awesome to see a Jack before he became Bauer..
Jack got married?! Good for him. I wonder what his maiden name is.
As much as i love this show, i think this is a decent send off, But if they re making a movie, then its pretty obvious they wont kill jack, Thanks..
Wow, both Lost and 24 ending within 2 days of each other. Sad…
Yea, this is an end of an era…
What ever happened to Mike Novak?
-This show would be so much better if Jack actually screwed up once or twice, and the season was spent having Jack have to prove his worth and regain trust. The show isn’t entertaining (for reasons other than the horrendous supporting cast) because it’s no surprise that Jack doesn’t die. Also, can someone please tell Hastings (Bubba) to stand up straight?
SIMPSONS, YOU’RE NEXT!~!!!
Copy that…
..and then comes American Idol…
chloe, do you copy dat?
The Simpson’s is already renewed for 2 more seasons
