    As someone who gets DirecTV, I say save it because it is a very good show, haven’t caught much of this season yet as I usually wait for the DVD of the full season. But who knows TNT could save it like they saved Southland. But I didn’t know it was suffering in the ratings, that’s too bad.

      I don’t know that they could air Damages on TNT. They would have to clean it up a LOT, and I think it would lose its edge if they did that.

        Damages is a lot tamer than Saving Grace.

    I hope and pray that Damages is saved. This is yet another reason why the rating system needs to be changed.

    oh please, please, please save Damages. I am such a fan and amazed at the writing, acting and storytelling. This needs to happen FX and Direct TV. I don’t mind if the show is delayed with a FX premiere til later next year.

    How can FX cancel their most awarded show on the network? You think Justified or Sons of Anarchy have the same cache and prestige? Nope.

    Seriously though, this is one of the rare shows I watch live and I’m in favor of whatever brings it back.

    I love Damages. It’s quality, has a great cast, and definitely deserves to be saved. Why aren’t more people watching?

      Why is no one watching Damages? It’s simple people want to watch mush-for-brains reality television and other garbage. People no longer want to think and watch suspenseful, intelligent scripted programs.

    I’m surprised by people’s responses here who are shocked that Damages is on the verge of cancellation. This is been talked about for a year. After season 2 ended and the show was already approved for a season 3, discussion has been about the show’s low ratings and eventual ending. This is nothing new…

    Damages is like a mystery novel you can’t put down. It would be a shame to lose this emmy-winning show. I hope this agreement works out.
