Kevin Eubanks confirms he's leaving Jay Leno's side

Kevin Eubanks made it official during today’s taping of The Tonight Show by announcing he will leave the late night talk show in six weeks. Read the full post.

    Kevin often interrupts Leno’s jokes with stupid questions because he doesn’t understand them. His leaving is no loss at all. If Weinberg gets on the show, he is intelligent enough to get the jokes and not step all over the humor. Hope he joins the show.

    Kevin Eubanks has the common sense to leave a sinking ship. Jay Leno sucks, and how many times Leno suckered punch Kevin for the sake of a punchline. I stopped watching Leno a long time ago, but one time I tuned in to watch Conan and I caught the tail-end of the Tonight Show credits, and a montage of highlight clips played during the show credits. The majority of the clips showed Kevin being humiliated by being drenched in slimy goop. I never thought Leno respected Eubanks. Never. I could not stand Leno afterwords.
