Yeah, I love Red Clark, too. The only reason I stopped wondering if Tom Welling is a bad actor is that he has to know Clark well enough to play not-Clark so exceptionally. Even when he played Bizarro Clark, there were these little changes in his countenance that made me realize, No Tom Welling is not stiff as a board…Clark just is.
I don’t really consider Clark to be stiff. He’s more stoic. They aren’t the same thing. I always feel like he’s just a very repressed person from so many years of having to hide who he is from people and be in control of his body and powers. I actually find his more calm demeanor to be very fascinating.

As for spending time posting…hello, you just posted bashing an entire site and every person who posts. I just mentioned that this Lois – a TV character -is not getting any better. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and the varied opinions spur the discussion. Why is it that many of you assume that the dislike of one character is “bashing” and keep insisting others “keep it nice” – this translates to “if you don’t agree with me your wrong” mentality and is quite sad. If everyone all agreed the discussion thread wouldn’t exist, it would merely be one person stating they love the show and hundreds of others responding “me too!” Why don’t you responders “keep it nice” and allow everyone to express their opinion without immediately bashing them!?!
Lilli, personally I think you are missing the point. Yes, different opinions make the world go round. That is true. But at this point, the bashing in the Smallville fandom isn’t even based on show canon nor does it produce a reasonable discussion of any kind. Frankly, some of us fans are just tired of seeing every single thread on any Smallville board turn into nasty people saying how much they hate someone. Now, if someone wants to tell me in a reasonable way why they dislike something on the show I am ALL for talking about it. But I think many of us are just sick to death of the the same people trashing the show over and over and over again on every single board. Personally, I don’t like Chloe. But I dont’ feel the need to put “Chloe sucks” on every single message board post about Smallville…because what’s the point? Why would I act so immature? Superman has rarely lead the troops in group situations. Almost every time he’s joined the JLA he followed someone else’s lead.
I want Chloe & Oliver off of Smallville too–but ONLY if they were to get THEIR OWN SHOW instead of getting two minutes and a bunch of whiny superman-fans crying because it took away from absolutely nothing. Season 9′s the best season so far for a reason, and clearly your vision is too blurry to see the real reason why.

I agree entirely. Smallville had gotten stale when they brought Green Arrow in and started featuring other aspects of the DC universe.
