    Mark from FlashForward would’ve been a possible fatality, but since the show’s not back, there’s no way to know (excluding an exec. producer announcing it) whether or not he would’ve survived.

    WHY DO YOU NOT ADD POSSIBLE SPOILER AT THE TOP!!! I KNEW QUINN ON GLEE WAS GIVING BIRTH SOON, BUT COME ON, MAN!!!
    SOME OF US STILL LIKE A LITTLE SUSPENSE IN OUR LIVES AND DON’T APPRECIATE BEING TOLD WHAT’S GONNA HAPPEN BEFORE IT ACTUALLY DOES!
    DOESN’T ANYBODY OUT THERE LIKE NOT KNOWING ANYMORE?

      I know you have suspend a huge amount of disbelief when watching Glee, but seriously, you entertained the thought that Quinn would remain pregnant for the rest of the series and never give birth??? If not, how can her giving birth be a spoiler?

        First of all, you kind of should have guessed that spoiler-y things would be on this page. Second, the fact that Quinn gives birth in the Glee finale was the LEAST spoiler-y thing on this page.
