    Greys?

  • liz

I hope its not Bones. It’ll suck if it is, that’d be cheating if they skip the first steps and just throw them together! But based on other spoilers…… if they’re both leaving for a year, maybe…

  • Sean

    OTH?

    • Christy

      OTH already did that! heh.

      • Melissa

        Twice.

      • teendramawhore

Too bad Ausiello didn’t credit the show for doing it first. And doing it twice.

      • Johnification

Well, technically Ausiello didn’t credit the originator, which was actually Alias.

      • Noelbelle

Thanks John, for saying exactly what I was thinking. That’s still the episode of ANY tv show that’s given me the biggest “WTF!?!?!” moment.

    • Krista

that’s not for sure coming back in the fall plus they just did it this past season

      • ricky

i think initially six feet under did it first, the finale flashed so far ahead over and over it beats all others hands down.

  • gary

    Supernatural?

    • Wilson

Well, that would do something for the plot…and it sort’ve fits…that would be interesting…

    • Alexandru

Yes, that sounds pretty plausible. I hope that’ll be the case.

    • Brian

This is my vote. Taking it years after the almost-Apocalypse would both create an end point for the original story and set the new storyline in a completely different world. Maybe one where monsters are popular knowledge?

    • Alia

      I’m intrigued by this idea.

    • tvfan

I hope it is supernatural so that we don’t have to deal with the aftermath of the big showdown.

      • Mila

Supernatural was my first guess, too. Probably because I don’t have any idea as to how the show is going to deal immediately with the aftermath of the almost-Apocalypse.

    • Nic

I thought of that, but I don’t think it fits in this clue:

“2. If it happens, it’ll be because, I’m told, the network wanted to shake up the show and its characters, opening doors to new stories and closing doors on old ones.”

The 5 years plan and jump to another storyline is Producers choice, not the Network.

      And I don’t think it would be a big secret. I don’t know….

    • Jenn

Supernatural was my first instinct, but the article says that the network is doing this to shake things up; which suggests that the plot/characters are losing momemntum. I feel that that is something that never happens on Supernatural. They always keep me on edge.

      • Brian

Yeah, but if Ostroff feels it’s losing momentum/stagnating, she could be the voice of the network that wants this.

    • Meg

I would probably stop watching if that was the case. No doubt it would just be some lame ploy to shoe-horn love interest into the show. Besides this type of thing has never worked and I’d love to believe SPN isn’t that desperate for storylines next season. Also, if that is the best they can do, then they should’ve just ended it this season.

  • Jen

Brothers and Sisters? A lot of cast members are leaving and/or requesting less time, so that could be away to explain a lot of absences.

  • Stu

Only one that springs to mind is Chuck – as Josh has said this finale will be even better than the last, and that Orion will be involved. Also Aus is loving Chuck news today

  • Becs

I’m thinking CSI:Vegas? Or Miami actually, they’re probably more likely to do something like this…

    • Monty

I don’t think you see a CSI do this, that would impair their ability to do crossovers…

  • amy

    its got to be Bones

  • CB

Well, I KNOW Army Wives is going to do a 6 month time jump.
I also know Bones is insinuating it in the sides for the season finale.

So, I guess this is about Bones. But I hate it. I HATE time jumps.

  • lysa

Bones. we already know that the Hodgela will have a one year Honeymoon…

    • Alia

      We do? Or… sarcasm?

  • victoria

    possibly supernatural?!?

  • Stacey

Anyone who has heard the rumors concerning BONES season finale
would know BONES could be a prime candidate for this blind item.

Given the plot. I am not sure I liked it. Could be good if it’s
BONES. But Ghost Whisperer did it this year and it hasn’t worked out
in terms of viewers. Although I like it. Many people have been turned off…

Depending how long the leap and what they do with the characters.
    So we’ll see.

    So I vote BONES.

  • David

yep, brothers and sisters according to TV Guide

  • itaintrite

Define “drama”. I don’t suppose it can be Chuck? Would make sense.

  • Ben

Greys Anatomy, would fit with everything Shonda has said, “game-changing” etc.
