If this noir-esque trailer is any indication, the Fringe musical episode (airing Thursday) is going to be out of this world…

with fringe being my favorite show at first i wasn’t too hip with this musical episode. but now i’m kinda excited!!!!!
I love FRINGE and am happy it was renewed (the thought of losing Legend of the Seeker hurts and the possibility of losing Human Target just makes me sad. That and the fact that LOST is ending makes FRINGE the last show on tv worth watching)
However, after last week’s HUGE episode where Peter realizes who he is (Walter looked like he was on the verge of tears), how can they follow it up with a musical? I want to know who the secretary is and what his plans are
ack what…they are cancelling Legend of the Seeker??
The secretary is totally “Walternate”
No, don’t cancel Human Target!
@Jess – Yeah everyone seems to agree it is Walternate which is why I want them to continue with the main mythology episodes and not some gimmick episode
@EF – I’ve been reading that Human Target is too expensive to make and the ratings are not good. I don’t care, that show is AWESOME
Like I said best shows on tv are

1. LOST – ending
2. LEGEND OF THE SEEKER – cancelled :*(
3. FRINGE – renewed
4. HUMAN TARGET – doesn’t look good
5. SOUTHLAND – renewed
Uhm…that list is seriously challenged: You forgot Damages, Mad Men, Supernatural, Breaking Bad, and Justified.
Awesome! Can’t wait.
My thought exactly.
This is amazing! The promo was done so well. All the castmembers look fierce and I know they will hit this out of the park. I can’t wait!
Location locked! D:
Internet = racist.
Wait, where’d this “internet = racist” comment come from??
Goes to show ya that even a bad ass sci-fi show can be funny and do it so well.
I hate being geo-blocked. It makes me feel unappreciated.
Ditto. You can be European but spoiler-addict nonetheless
PLIZZZ avoid using those video players that keep us out !
Can be seen at fringetelevision.com!
Yeah thanks, find a different site to link it from please.
How is this a musical? It looks like typical detective film noir of the early 20th century to me…
I can’t wait!!!! It looks so awesome. I love this show!!
FWIW: I think they cribbed this idea from EW’s cover story a while back. I can’t find the link, but it was a cover story, with photos of the cast in film noir costumes.
Excellent!
Awsome!!! That Glee fever is catching fox execs. Plus Joshua Jackson looks yummy.
Apparently, it’s a whole theme week on Fox to support Glee. :] All Fox shows have to include music in some capacity.
Wonder how 24 will do that.
This isn’t for real, is it?
@ Renee: it hasn’t been officially stated, but like 3-4 other shows are having musicals this season, apparently.
I sure hope the episode is as engaging as the trailer.
Reminds me of the black and white Monster Movie ep of Supernatural from S4. I hope Fringe pulls it off as well as SPN did. The promo looks fab.
lol You’re right! Idk if anything will beat Dracula getting away on a moped though! lol
“Noir” does not scream “musical” to me. In fact, it’s pretty much the exact opposite. Are there several different genres at work in this one episode?
