    My guess at final based on promo:

    Crane collapses, leaves woman’s legs crushed and she might need leg removed. House says don’t do it it will make her miserable but Cuddy and the team want to do it. They don’t do it and she dies, everyone blames House and he goes home and takes vicodin.

    As for Huddy/Luddy I don’t know…:)

    I think 13 might be quiting. Olivia Wilde said that her character was going to make a major decision in the finally. Ausiello told us that someone’s future on the show was going to be called into question, and now someone from tv guide is saying that a major character is going to make a decision that will make at least some of the audience happy. I mean it’s all sorta pointing that way.

    God season six sucked. No clinic. House lost his asorbic wit, and no back and forth House/ Cuddy banter. I don’t think she even tried to stop him from doing one crazy med procedure this season. Plus, there was even a repeat diagnosis from a past season! They’re really slipping.

    I have a bad feeling about Cuddy and i think the “new chapter” it’s really on.
    we all knows that House deserves a little happyness but i think House character “have” to be miserable, what a crappy show will be seein House and Cuddy livin “happily ever after”!
    I think this it’s gonna be the huddy’s end.

    Think what he has in his hand is not pills.Maybe something he has brought back from the crane accident…like a piece of jewelry(maybe Cuddy’s)

    unfortunately house because of his personality, drug/pain problems has hurt cuddy so many times. and she has found a nicer4 more available person. house is finally exploring his human side and his need for love after the time in the psych hospital. i love the exploration of house’s demons his need for human companionship

    Maybe house punched the wall because Cuddy dies in a tragic accident, like a piece of a bridge or train falling on her. That would explain why he gives her the book at the begining of the episode, to add to the angst. Maybe she even tells him it didn’t work out with Lukas just before she dies. The blood on his shoes is probably from helping people at the accident or maybe even cuddie’s.
