Lisa Edelstein said her favorite Huddy scene is in this episode. I bet it´s a fantastic scene but i think we will be bitter after the whole episode.
They said a crane fell on a building in downtown Trenton.
House has been rubbing his leg more lately, and he’s been staring at the ibuprofen like he’s thinking it won’t cut it. And this coming week he’s meeting again with his therapist (I LOVE Andre Braugher!), so clearly things are not going well. RSL is asking him to move out, according to the promos.
So I think something happens in the building that makes him feel awful, and he goes home and punches the wall, and the mirror, and takes a lot of Vicodin, and is in a sort of stupor. That’s my guess.

MAJOR SPOILER. Lucas proposed to Cuddy, Cuddy doesnt want it very much (exactly the way it was between Cameron and Chase), House does a thing that he thinks is a sacrifice to save Cuddy from a situation at the accident site, but ends up hurting her very badly physically, House loses it.
Wow if your right that will be extremely intense, cnt wait!!
As far as I’ve known…I thought House becomes attached to someone, a woman patient, who was injured at the site, and that person dies…
and that on top of everything puts him over the edge?

Early spoiler had House trying to help patient(girl-Hannah) who is trapped in the rubble she keeps asking for “help me” seems House made the best he could, later he learns she died..he is devastated for the event..he feels frustrated and more lonely than ever, Wilson with Sam, Cuddy and Lucas..he chooses his only companion he ever had, Vicodin he had stashed behind a wall..will he or not? ..we will have to wait and find out in 4 loong months!
