NBC just wrapped up its fall 2010 orders by picking up a reality show called School Pride from Cheryl Hines (Curb Your Enthusiasm) and Denise Cramsey (Extreme Makeover: Home Edition). The feel-good series will give communities the chance to fix up their aging schools and was inspired by a similar (though untelevised) effort in Compton, Calif., in which the locals spruced up a local campus.
Just like what happens on ABC’s Home Edition, camera crews will follow volunteers as they turn around a school. The show was announced as an NBC special earlier this year.
NBC is expected to announce its fall lineup Monday in New York.

More reality show garbage.
Oh how smart NBS- you cancelled
L & O to pick up a reality show-You are stupid-SO tired of reality shows-won’t watch most of them- I will watch American Idol-Dancing with Stars-L & O-Mercy re-runs now-The GOod Wife—But not your stupid reality show
NBC is cancelling a quality show like “Law & Order” for another piece of non-reality crap. They’re a bunch of flaming idiots.
I am tried of any networks likes to cancel the good shows and replacing with crappy shows and then cancel crappy shows with even crappier yet… so sick of it.
I love SYTYCD. I just discovered a cool site that triples viewers’ “So You Think You Can Dance” votes. Check out VoteMyVote dot com. It’s free.
