Breaking: NBC picks up four new series, officially confirms 'Chuck' renewal

    The Cape sounds like it has WAY too much going on but I’ll check it out. Friends With Benefits sounds funny, I’ll check out the pilot

    The real nail in the Party Down coffin was that the guys in charge at Starz tried to cut corners and signed every actor with just a one year deal even after they renewed the show for a second season while they had already lost Jane Lynch to Glee.

    Then, Chris Albrecht was appointed CEO at Starz while season 2 was already completed. As Albrecht will certainly manage Starz the same way he did at HBO, everybody expected he would only focus on the shows he had originated, leaving little hope for Party Down.

    I hope Ken Marino, Lizzy Caplan and Martin Starr will get another gig soon. Starz never realized what they had in their hands and it’s their loss.

    The Cape is not her show. It’s a cast full of characters.
