Either Grey’s Anatomy boss lady Shonda Rhimes has relaxed her anti-spoiler stance or someone made a huge goof. I’m talking about ABC’s decision to release the following clip from Thursday’s two-hour season finale that features a spoiler so big I’m not even going to tease it with asterisks. All it reveals is that a healthy, happily married woman is pregnant. Now could someone please tell me what the big deal is? Ha, some spoiler.
I know right, something huger than this is definitely gonna happen, it’s Grey’s Anatomy – like my friend said, it’s prob gonna be catastrophic.
Detailed overview: Meredith voice over about how a hospital is a scary bad place where lots of things happen, but for her, a hospital has always been a safe place. She used to play in the hospital as a child, etc. During the voice over, you see various members of the cast in the hospital tending patients, looking thoughtful, etc. Then, you see a pregnancy test stick that says pregnant. Cut to Yang and Mer, Mer is pregnant, Yang asks if she’s happy or not, Mer implies she’s happy, they hug, they get paged, and go. End scene.

um so (I already watched the clip earlier today), the whole shot of Meredith and then the tag pregnancy might be a little bit more of a lead on than is necessary for some, no matter what the outcome is.

The preview at the end of last week’s epi showed the pregnancy test. then the shooter with a cool slo mo bullet track, and then someone wearing a white doctor coat being shot, so it could be Meredith getting shot in the baby or it could be someone else.
I don’t think the bullet hit someone in a white doctors coat, but someone with a white shirt. Later in the teaser we see Derek wearing a blue one, Owen is wearing scrubbs, Richard sweater or t-shirt. So my thought was Mark ( Oh god I hope I am wrong) Mark dressed in a white shirt gets shot in the chest. Still in shock about what the promo showes happens to Alex
