Image Credit: Heidi Gutman/NBCTina Fey has a message to any/all 30 Rock fans holding out hope for a Jack/Liz hookup: You’re out of luck, ’cause it’s never going to happen. Not even in the show’s eventual series finale. Turns out, the happy ending Fey has in mind for her lovelorn alter ego involves another insanely popular Rock star. Who? Well, if I told you that you’d have no reason to watch my hilariously entertaining on-camera Q&A with Fey from this morning’s NBC upfront!

Οh come on! Something will happen between them for sure…
Beautiful, smart, funny…love her!!!
Damn.
I was hoping her promise was to make the show funny and watchable again since all of that ended midway through season 2.
Oh, well.
hahahahaha!

i bet its pete!!!!
I’d rather it be Pete than Jack!
I love the idea of Liz and Pete! Except he’s married… oh well they’re marriage has problems…
it won’t be her and Pete–probably her and Frank

She’s so overrated. She’s plays herself on 30 Rock, I don’t know why she even won an Emmy.
Um, actually, she doesn’t at all. Tina Fey is the opposite of Lemon.
Yeah Mark, how hard is it for you to play a huge douchebag? I know it comes easily to you, but it’s probably a lot harder than you think.
It’s called “comic timing”, doofus. A very critical element to comedic acting which is innate. It cannot be taught. It can be improved, but not taught.
I completely agree with Mark.
These morons are just easily entertained. 2.5 Men is probably their other television viewing.
Get a life, folks!

True. Plus – YOU try playing yourself on a TV show – I bet it’s not as easy as you think.

That’s the best response she could have given to that. Can’t two opposite gender lead roles not hook up?
Besides, they will probably lose their chemistry, show-wise, if that happened.

Tina, in Date Night 4, you would be fighting the Russian….just an FYI.
And random robots would pop up every once in a while.

Thank god for that!
Because Liz/Jack are the coolest BFF! And hooking up will destroy everything!
Jack and Liz are more like brother and sister, so I’m happy there is no hooking up between them!
unless you are om a hillbille family…
Plus I LOVE Wesley! If Liz couldn’t have Floyd, I hope she ends up with Wesley. It’s meant to be!
They have to get married! It would be so perfect, don’t you think?
I’ve always seen Jack as a mentor of Liz and he’s said as much. They do love each other, but in the teacher/student way. He sees her as his legacy and his friend.

Why do people assume that men and women who work together are ‘doing it’? On TV the workplace is portrayed as a singles bar, when in reality professionalism is the rule.
Ha! While that’s what all workplaces preach, I can assure you that there are tons of professionals hooking up on the DL.
Is it weird that I sort of want it to be Pete or Dennis? (As it probably isn’t going to be Floyd)
