Image Credit: Chris Haston/NBCUgly Betty may be dead and buried — moment of silence — but the show’s scene-stealing minx, Becki Newton, will be back on the tube next fall in NBC’s promising anthology-esque comedy Love Bites (watch a preview). I caught up with Michael Urie’s acting soulmate at the Peacock’s upfront extravaganza this morning and lightly grilled her about mourning Betty, falling in Love, and reuniting with you-know-who.

She is so awesome. I’ll check it out just because Becki Newton is in it. She gives great interviews!!!
ITA, and any show able to snag her is very, very lucky.

I had no intention of checking out Love Bites, until I saw this interview. Love the premise, and I expect Becki Newton will be great in anything she does.

I can’t wait to see this show. I keep hearing all kinds of wonderful things about it and the cast alone will get me to the tv on time.

Watched the clip, it was great!!! Definitely not a family hour show

Love her! Looks like a great show.

Why not have Michael Urie guest on the show once? I know they don’t want to get typecast, but it would be awesome to see them together for just an episode.

Love the ensemble and the premise, but I’m starting to feel uncertain about the future of another TV show I love: ‘My boys’. What can you tell us about it, Ausiello? Bring us some good news, please!
