Please keep Ghost Whisperer. What are you guys thinking, so much plot left. Please!
Why are they cancelling the only good show on TV. They have entirely way to many reality shows for instance the NJ Housewives. They are a disgrace and to get rid of a show that is truly entertaining as the ghost whisperer is so sad, is this what TV is coming to what a shame. Jennifer Hewitt and David Conrad make an awsome couple and they should at least creat another show with them in it. Maybe even consider making some new ghost whisperer shows, because reality shows like housewives, make room for multiples(babys) that is NOT entertainment. Please consider getting rid of them and bring back Jennifer Hewitt and the Ghost Whisperer it is the best.

Wow totally upset that GW is cancelled. Really what is the problem with CBS. It was a great show and my family and I really enjoyed it. Hopefully another network will pick it up and we can continue to enjoy it. What a disappointment but like they say ones lost is anothers gain. I can’t wait to see the network that picks up GW and how the ratings will exceed those of the current network. Won’t they be sorry for letting it go…..

I am sorry to ghost whisperer and Medium being cancel the only good show on friday night that you can watch with your grandchildren and greatgrandchildred because what CBS and ABC show on friday night is not worth watching I have not watch these twoTV stations sind May of 2010

They are both good shows. “New Christine….” is the only sitcom I watch and I don’t watch many shows on the major networks. I hope that it gets picked up by another network. I also love “Medium”.
CBS you have lost your minds the only time I even watch your station is on Friday nights because it is then that you have the best lineup. I love Ghost Whisperer, Medium and Numb3rs it is the reason I stay in on Friday nights. Without GW I have no reason to even watch CBS anymore
Agreed. My daughter and I watch together, but we can’t stand that kid. I also don’t like the “shinies” and “shadows” business. At least we have syndication.

Agreed. It was hokey enough when they killed off Jim and then brought him back as Sam. But then to skip forward 5 years and have this kid who is a terrible actor really hurt the show. It was a good show, but I think its time has passed.

This year the TV stations killed off so many shows I loved to watch, I need new stuff! And the pilots I’ve checked out weren’t that promising, yet.
The kid annoyed me, mainly because he was so freakin’ *perfect*. And I really didn’t like them phasing Delia out and focusing more on Ned.
Not to mention I would’ve liked them to encounter more bad ghosts, not just a bunch of ghosts who seem bad but are really misunderstood.

Yeah. Much as I love this show. It has not been up to par this season with the bratty kid.
That’s when the powers that be lost this audience member – I tolerated the Jim body switch bit – barely – then when they introduced the creepy kid and stupid shadows storyline, I decided that was enough. Too bad, because the first couple of seasons were so very good. What happened? Writers’ block? Change in writing staff? Oh well. Life goes on – it’s only television.
I agree with everyone I wish they just killed Jim off. I also think they should have kept Jay Mohr and made him the new love interest. That whole story last year really jumped the shark. Plus this year when jumped 5 years and now they call him Jim what happen to Sam. Terrible. But I also think they should have let them know sooner to give them a descent Series finale. Also this is my other 2cents I really like Miami Medical it reminded me ER in the beginning that show had potential that know one saw.

And giving her Jamie Kennedy as her annoying sidekick was just horrible. I loved the series when Jim was just loving, wonderful Jim, creepy kid was not present, and Jay Mohr played her best friend.
Yup. Mad About You syndrome. She hatches this creepy kid in September, show is canceled in May.

I wish GW hadn’t killed off Jim and then brought him back with that creepy switched body mess. I stopped watching when they sped up the age of the kid; why not just have her be single after they killed off Jim? Anything would have been better than body switching and the Kid From The Omen.

Amen! This show was utter cr@p, and Jenna Elfman is not even remotely funny. I’ve watched Dharma & Greg reruns and have realized that it was the supporting cast that made that show the hit it was. Please let this be the last Jenna Elfman “comedy” to suck up a primetime slot.

I would have to say I agree with you, I havent met anyone who watches Ghost Whisperer, and like I said this last season those who DID watch have been annoyed with the stupid plot lines.
I have watched COLD CASE ever since it came on…a wonderful cast and often some very interesting stories. I am going to miss it very much.
Never watched Medium and I don’t know one single person who does.
Of course..Im in the over 50 age group …so we don’t count to TV
executives at all.
I will miss Cold Case, as well as Numb3rs. At least with Numb3ers there was a sense of goodbye with the last episode– not so much with Cold Case. The only show left for me to watch on CBS will be Survivor:(
You know how they should end COLD CASE? With the song “Take a Bow” playing, and a CBS exec putting a shoe box on the shelf with the label marked in Sharpie Marker, “Lily Rush”
I love Cold Case I wish ABC could pick up that and Ghost Whisperer because I love both of those series. I think both could go on longer.
Cold Case was the only show that really did a good job of showing that in real life, with good honest work, & investigation, the truth will come to the surface, and justice will prevail.

I think Whisperer was a dumb show with a dumb name. Plus, CBS totally ripped off Medium when they came out with Whisperer the season after Medium made its debut on NBC. I think it was CBS’s grand plan to end up with Medium in the first place.

My wife and I watch GW & Medium on Fridays. But GW gets me sitting there Friday and then I stay for Medium. GW has consistantly won its timeslot. Even the Friday before it was cancelled GW pulled 6.4 mill viewers and Medium was only able to hold on to 6.2 million of them. The two shows had good synergy but without GW to lead in for Medium I think it will be on its last season. ABC’s Wife Swap only did 4.3 million against GW’s 6.4 at 8 Friday so let’s hope GW will go there.

I love Medium, it rocks – but love Ghost Whisperer too. Am totally bummed it’s cancelled.
So glad to hear someone else say this, I have been aghast at some of the stuff Love’s wardrobe team tries to pull off. I live in a small town and NO ONE dresses like that even for dress-up! And certainly not mothers of small children. Always trying to pull in those young men by showing off Love’s “assets,” very aggravating. I have enjoyed her in other things (and in the early GW), and I have nothing against wearing the sexy, but does H’wood understand the concepts of discretion, realistic wardrobe, and appropriate? I will miss DC and CM, but I’m sure they will be around again soon enough.
The show’s writers seem to have forgotten that Jim is still in Sam’s body. I guess it became too difficult to keep showing him as a different person each time he passed a mirror.

It’s interesting that CBS paired GW and Medium hoping they would gel together, but the tone of the two shows are so different. And GW fans often dislike Medium and vice versa. GW might not have been cancelled and Medium might not have suffered bubble status for two years in a row if some programming idjit had figured out that they each needed their own spotlights for the different kinds of fans who like each of them. I don’t know who they hire to do programming but we commenters would do a better job; for them it’s all about the sponsors and demos and ratings, but they forget it’s the END USERS, the viewers, the fans – US – that ultimately make it possible for them to even have a freaking job!
P.S. I liked early GW, and love Medium, and I actually like those kids on Medium, because they remind me of my own nieces. Like I said, they should have shown more respect for the different kinds of fans for each show.
I agree. Cold Case, and Numb3ers, took the crime-solving genre to a different, more interesting place. Neither show ever received respect from CBS, but Cold Case was indeed doomed due to it’s time slot. I expected this, but I’m still sadly disappointed.

seriously. rules is like unwatchable bad. i tried to check it out when it first came on and couldn’t stand it for even five minutes. i am sick and tired of what is on our television being dictated by idiot hicks out in the sticks somewhere. because i can’t imagine anyone with even half a brain watching this show. ever. seriously. i want one person to defend this craptastic show.

I am with you, I look forward for Fridays to watch Ghost Whisper my favorite and medium and numbers. Now they have these stupid shows on so guess what, NO MOre CBS for me.
So glad to see “Christine” go. I can’t stand Dreyfuss no matter what she does, so maybe that’s why I hate it so much. Dryefuss isn’t fuunny, she’s ridiculous. Now, Wand Sykes, she’s FUNNY. Any show she’s in would definitely be on my list to watch.
