I laugh at the people who say she can’t act, of course she can act, it’s very rare that any of the dialog on house is badly delivered, the fact you don’t like her character is more of a testament to the fact she CAN act.
So sick of 13, she is always coming and leaving. Whenever she comes back, there is always one doctor leaving the team (house)

Hate 13. Hoping she was gone forver as well. She adds no value. She’s just a toy for the boys. Cameron had beauty and depth and was a much needed contrast to the other characters. Maybe if they hadn’t pushed her to the side she wouldn’t have left.

Can I ask why you don’t like her? I’ve been a huge fan of her acting since The Black Donnellys. Taub gets on my nerves. Thirteen seems to me a natural fit in this group. I’ve never understood why so many people don’t like her.
Its those tacky Cuddy and Cameron crazies that hate on her.
I think 13 is an awesome character. She’s fiesty and passionate and has chemistry with House and the team. She’s my favorite character right up there with House.

13 is so HOT & interesting, the show needed someone like her & she plays the part so well. I like Cameron too, because I like the the diversity in their characters, it seems to work well. However, HUGE MISTAKE, when the writers put 13 with Foreman, I didn’t see any chemistry @ all & both seemed to argue far too much. Keep 13 with women!
13 is a brilliant character, and I’ll miss her until she comes back.

Not all women…I love her. The best thing about her is that you don’t even have to have the sound up on the TV to appreciate her. Just kidding, I really do like the character. It’s just an added bonus that she’s unbelievably hot.
But I do agree that a lot of women don’t like her. And, yes, it probably has a lot to do with that green-eyed monster!

Here’s why. As for me, I don’t care for hotness and b**bs so much but for character development. She’d probably be more tolerable if she hadn’t been such a damn annoying Mary Sue all the time. She has no flaws, is terminally ill but won’t die or show signs of weakness, makes a mystery of her past and basically every doctor lusts after her. It makes her boring and stereotype and a 13-year-old dream but doesn’t help to give her credibility. I won’t mention acting skills. She’s just incredibly good looking, that’s all.
I do hope they’ll let her go for good. Good luck to OW, she seems a nice person, but the show started to suck for me whenever she came into focus. Which was way too many times.
I like her but I’m not too fond of her character. I do like 13 more now than in the beginning. And I hated her and Foreman together. That was just painful…
I’m a woman and I like her. I absolutely have no idea why people don’t like her so much – or at least her character 13. I agree with Tara tho, her and Foreman together was just painful. Glad that’s over. I actually like her better than Cameron, to be honest. Or maybe it’s because I have a girl-crush on Olivia Wilde, who knows ;p

This is @Nadia, because I don’t think she is watching the same show the rest of us are. Which doctors are lusting after her? Foreman and…? Sure, House makes comments, but she is hot and comments on every girls attractiveness. She has a terminal illness that doesn’t show signs all the time, so maybe you should look into her disease before making judgments for its portrayal. Weaknesses? She’s private to a fault, doesn’t let people help her, she certainly has faults. I wouldn’t mind if people hated her, if they had legitimate reasoning, but I haven’t heard any good arguments for people’s hate of her. It’s either jealousy or mad that Cameron is gone and Thirteen isn’t.
Sorry, but not all women. I do love her.. I think she’s awesome and I’m gutted she won’t be back for all of next Season. + @Nadia I don’t think her being a private person can count as a flaw, she clearly just does not want people to know all her business or them to pity her, which I can relate to and I find it very ignorant of you to comment on a disease you clearly know very little about. It’s a slow developing disease that does not always show symptoms and regardless of whether you can SEE her disease or not it’s a terminal illness. Good luck to Olivia and I hope to see her back on House in the future

I don’t like Foreman either. Foreman and Thirteen are just bad imitations of House. The show already has a narcissistic smug ego-maniac who cares more about self then patients and he’s played by a much better actor, Hugh Laurie.

So, how does Cameron bring anything more to the show than Thirteen? By definition, Thirteen is more important than Cameron ever was. Just face it, all women are jealous and that’s the reason most of you can’t stand her.
“All women are jealous” is a sexist generalization. If that’s the best way you can think of to stick up for your favorite character, that’s pretty sad. We women are actually capable of liking or disliking a female character on the merits of the writing.
I could just as easily say that everyone who doesn’t like Dr. Chase hates Australians, everyone who doesn’t like Taub must hate Jews, everyone who doesn’t like Foreman must be racist…
I couldn’t agree more. The 13 character is boring and as far as I’m concerned Olivia Wilde isn’t a very good actress. I’m sorry to hear she isn’t gone permanently. Would have much preferred they had kept Cameron….oh, well. Looking forward to seeing where they take this “Huddy” relationship next season.

They are both beautiful and very smart but THEY ARE DIFFERENT CHARACTERS AND THAT’S WHY THEY BEHAVE DIFFERENTLY. Sorry but I am getting annoyed with all of the comparisons between them. I love Thirteen and think that she is a brilliant, funny, well rounded character who is acted very well by Olivia Wilde but I would also like to see at least a few more episodes with Cameron in them as I think that the cutoff of her character in ‘Lockdown’ didn’t quiet make sense as the ending of her storyline. I also think that at least in the first 3 seasons she was a great character who we do not see reflected in any of the main characters on the show at the moment. She also brings more light into Chase’s storyline.

I do want to see Olivia in Cowboys & Aliens though. :3
