I hope this isn’t the big smallville news story you were promising, because it sort of a let down if you hyped all that for just having news about AM.

  • Chloie B

I’m kinda upset about it. It’s the last season and I wanted her back full time to finish it off but oh well. I’m free from SV after she leaves and I’m excited to see where Allison Mack goes next and I’m sure she will kill those last few episodes! Thanks AM for 9 years of greatness!

And they better give her one heck of a send-off! Those several episodes BETTER be focused on HER!

    • hahaha

Cry harder in your essays nobody will read!

      • Sindy

LOL, you are a funny dude!

Oh no! I just loved Chloe! This is really bad! It’s the final season – why doesn’t she just stay on for the whole thing? LOADS of people will disagree with me but personally I love to see Chloe in action more than even Clark at times. Man, this is sad…

  • deb

congrats to the haters! for me smallville is dead… good luck Allison!

What a lovely statement from Allison Mack. She really is a classy person. I hope she’ll be back on our TVs again soon. Maybe she can do a guest spot on Supernatural

  • Alex

considering there was only one season left, i don’t see why this is necessary. maybe she’s sick of it all, and that’s fair enough… but man. come on. 9 seasons and only to fall off on the very last?

    • TweenAm

Agree! Why after all these years, is one more gonna kill her, unless she knew the storyline sucked so bad that she didn’t want her fans to have to be dragged through it any longer?

  • Mike

I was hoping she would return as a regular for 12-14 episodes. I’m happy she will at least be back for a few in season 10.

  • Brian

This sounds like something that would’ve been announced at UpFronts…why was Welling fair game for bashing for spilling the beans and Mack isn’t?

    • Bob

Because Beeman already spilled the beans about her on his blog.

  • Joe

I love Allison and out of respect for her and the character of Chloe Sullivan… those “several” episodes shes in will be the only s10 episodes I’m watching.

    • Brian

How does watching episodes she’s not in show your respect for her? It’s not like she got fired, she wanted to leave. This is her choice.

      • Brian

*not* watching episodes she’s not in

      • Joe

I had planned on not watching the season at all.

But now after this statement, I’m rethinking about it and will now only watch the episodes she’s in.

    • hahaha

      Cry more girly “man”!

      LOL forever.

YAY! My day is perfect now xD!

    • G

Not so perfect.Season 10 is the last and final one..lol

      • Chloevillesucks

        Who cares? LOL :)

  • Jeff Rumplik

For a character that wasn’t written by S&S and who was supposed to leave after HS, She’s done really well for her Character. Good for her, Hopefully she’ll also come back from time to time and direct a few shows too.

  • Clone002

I LOVE Allison and wish her all the best. In my personal opinion if she had left the series and it did happen to continue on without her it wouldn’t have been the same.

  • Carrie

So optimistic that she’s leaving? Well I guess we know part of the reason why s10 is the end, though Smallville has really floundered without the original creators so I can’t blame her leaving – ESPECIALLY after the way they treated her and her fans this past year.

Allison is a class act though and I’m hopeful to see her on something else that will treat her better. Supernatural? Glee? Chuck?

    • Brian

I really doubt her leaving is any part of why 10 is the end. She’d said she was leaving after 9 whether it went on or not. All that’s changed is now she’s coming back for a few extra episodes.

      • Carrie

It’s lost all the original cast members, and as every one has left the show loses about 1 mil viewers. With ratings being what they are, her walking can’t be a good thing for the series in the long run. Someone definitely did the math as Kelly & Brian were hinting at a possible s11 back before May sweeps – and that is definitely off the table now.

      • Kenny

LOL CARRIE. Smallville doesn’t need ratings ANYWAYS, it’s been confirmed that season 10 is it’s last.

        SO HAHA TO YOU BIACH.

      • Carrie

Wow, Kenny, you sure showed me. Dawn moved it to Fridays to kill it – it took that, a bad season finale, and a show reboot + the lose of most of the main characters from the first 7 years to do it.

Smallville hit the Frog Eating Clone bit of their show somewhere around the time Doomsday didn’t actually kill Clark. If anything this “biach” only feels justified. Al & Miles did a great show. Dawn gave it to Kelly & Brian to kill it.

    • athena606

have you been watching… cause the shows has actually gotta a creative boost especially since Tom has become a producer

      • Carrie

Oh, I watched. But creative boost must be a euphemism for “driven into the side of a cliff.” Zod was TERRIBLE. The entire Kryptonian plot was TERRIBLE.

  • Mariana

No SV to me anymore. Thanks Ausiello, but the one reason I had to watch the show is gone. I’m gone too.

    • hahaha

      Cry more bitter fangirl!

    • DCrox

GOOD RIDDANCE to u too. SV will do just fine without your sappy loopy whinefest.

Dont come back to whine some more next season.

  • Mariana

No SV to me anymore. Thanks Ausiello, but the one reason I had to watch the show is gone. I’m gone too.
