Question: I just watched the first seven minutes of the Grey’s Anatomy finale on Hulu. I hope you alert everyone because, as I’m sure you’ve seen, it is very disturbing/shocking! —Elizabeth
Ausiello: News flash: If you thought the first seven minutes were disturbing/shocking, I strongly suggest you skip the remaining 78-odd minutes. Some seriously dark and depressing s**t goes down in that hospital, and it’s not for the faint of heart. Fun fact: Something big happens in the second hour that doesn’t fit into any of the categories in my May Sweeps Scorecard.
Question: Is the Grey’s Anatomy finale truly going to be epic, or is the hype a bit exaggerated? —Dana
Ausiello: Based on what I’ve seen (the first hour) and heard (much of the second), it’s no exaggeration.
Question: Got any Smallville season 10 scoop? —Matt
Ausiello: Only the biggest one ever.
Question: You ruined my weekend by announcing FlashForward‘s cancellation, so could you please make it up to me with some scoop on the final two episodes? —Cameron
Ausiello: According to Jack Davenport (Lloyd), the series goes out with a (mostly satisfying) bang. “The last [two] episodes are pretty fantastic,” he raves. “We were all blown away when we read them. Do I think the story could have gone further? Sure. No one intends to do [just] one season — especially not with a grand concept-y show like this. I don’t think it will be unsatisfying, but it will not answer all the questions. The [producers] had to be mindful that they may only get one season, so there are some satisfactory wrap-ups.”
Question: From one Mike to another, I just want to say thank you for your Glee scoop on Will and Emma. Is there anything more you can add? —Mike
Ausiello: From one Mike to another, I found out who’s to blame for Will and Emma getting such short shrift in this season’s final episodes: Gargamel! True story. At Entertainment Weekly‘s pre-upfront bash Sunday, Jayma Mays told me that producers agreed to write her out so she could go to New York and shoot her role as Neil Patrick Harris’ wife in The Smurfs Movie. But as I reported in last week’s AA, Emma returns in the season finale to break the news to Will that she’s dating her dentist — a triangle I’m told will get major play this fall. Casting for her tooth doc is currently under way. Got suggestions? Hit the comments!
Breaking: The CW spoils the new seasons of Gossip Girl, Smallville, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill, and more!
Question: How does Will take the news that Emma is seeing her dentist on Glee? —Nicole
Ausiello: Not well.
Question: Any scoop on what’s going to happen on Warehouse 13? —Kate
Ausiello: Tia Carrere, who just shot her first episode playing a former flame of Pete’s, insists her character isn’t there to ruffle Myka’s feathers. “It’s not a three’s-a-crowd situation — at least not yet,” Carrere maintains. “I am helpful to a case they are working on.”
Question: Any updates on Boston’s Finest, the Katee Sackhoff pilot? It’s not on ABC’s new schedule. —Sean
Ausiello: There’s a good reason for that: It’s dead.
Question: Do you know if the producers of Dexter have plans to introduce a new love interest for Deb? —Paul
Ausiello: Introduce probably isn’t the right word, since her new love interest is someone she already knows. I’m hearing that new showrunner Chip Johannessen is finally going to pull the trigger on a Deb-Quinn romance. Dexter’s going to be so thrilled!
Question: Thank you for the post-finale House Q&A with Katie Jacobs. Do you know if they are bringing in a new female character to fill the temporary Olivia Wilde void? —Deb
Ausiello: I know of no such plans. Jacobs, however, confirms that Cynthia Watros will be back as Wilson’s former (and current) love, Sam. “She absolutely factors into the beginning of the season,” she says. “Where that relationship ultimately goes I don’t know.” Jacobs notes that this marks the first time that both House and Wilson will be involved in serious relationships simultaneously. “Wilson will be with Sam, and House will be with Cuddy,” she points out. “What does it look like for Princeton Plainsboro thematically? Does it work? We’re going to look at that next season.” Speaking of House, don’t forget to check out the first Nurse Jeffrey appisode next Monday. Click here for a preview.
Question: With Cary being fired on The Good Wife, are we going to see Matt Czuchry back as a series regular in season 2? —Jess
Ausiello: Yes. In fact, don’t be surprised if Czuchry’s role gets expanded next season now that he has gone to work for the enemy (a.k.a. Glenn Childs). As Czuchry reveals, Cary’s new role will allow producers to open up the show in season 2. “We’ll be able to show more of the other side, the prosecution side, which we haven’t seen that much of. It’s a great way of seeing a different perspective, as opposed to just looking at the cases through Stern Lockhart.” Next Tuesday’s season finale will give viewers a taste of what’s to come when Cary goes toe-to-toe against the firm, taking on not only Alicia but Will and Diane as well. “It’s a great setup for next season,” says Czuchry. “It’s going to up the competition. And [taking a job with Glenn] is such a direct F-U to Alicia.”
Question: Any season-finale scoop on Will and Alicia from The Good Wife? —Kristen
Ausiello: Just as Alicia decides to try to make things work with Peter, Will tells her he wants to make a go of a relationship. Go figure.
Question: Was Vanessa’s absence in these final Gossip Girl episodes a creative decision or a contractual issue with Jessica Szohr? —Jessica
Ausiello: E.P. Stephanie Savage says it was the former. “The big story at the end of the season was the [William] story, and we wanted Dan to be available to really be in that story with everyone else,” she explains. “And it felt like it was nicer to give Dan and Vanessa their own ending to their story rather than try to thread that through [William's] story.”
Question: This is it. The clock is winding down. The final silent ticks. Your last 24 spoiler. Damn it, Michael! Tell me something! —Ryan
Ausiello: The final line of the series is **** ** *o**.
Question: I have a feeling that your Feb. 10 Blind Item was about my favorite actress, Katie Cassidy. Am I right? —Jack
Ausiello: Close but no cigarillo.
Question: I’m a bit confused about The Vampire Diaries and the number of fatalities you have listed in your May Sweeps Scorecard. You list Anna and Uncle John as confirmed fatalities and Jeremy as a possible fatality, but what about Mayor Lockwood? After watching the finale, I figured he’d be a confirmed fatality. —Audra
Ausiello: I didn’t deem him important enough to include in the Scorecard. I’m sure he was a lovely man, but the dude was in, like, two episodes.
Question: Do you have a purpose in life? —Andrew
Ausiello: Honestly, it depends on the day.
Question: Could you give us some scoop on the Glee finale concerning Finn and Rachel’s relationship? —Nils
Ausiello: Something major happens. And it’s major. It’s also really major.
Question: It’s been weeks since you’ve given us any scoop on 30 Rock! Can you give us any hints as to what’s coming up in the finale? —Maria
Ausiello: Weeks? Clearly you missed my blockbuster interview with Tina Fey from Monday’s NBC upfront, during which she unequivocally ruled out a romance for Liz and Jack while strongly hinting at a series-ending sunset stroll for Liz and Wesley.
Question: Where can I find the answers to your Blind Items? Is there a certain place you reveal the answers? —Patrick
Ausiello: Yes. Last call at the Times Square Applebee’s on the final Sunday of every alternate month.
Question: I’ve really been loving Caterina Scorsone on Private Practice. I didn’t even watch the show until I found out she was going to be guest-starring. Any chance we’ll be seeing her return next season? —Steph
Ausiello: I’m willing to bet Mister Scooch’s Bergan Turbo Scratcher Cat Toy that not only will she return, but she’ll also be promoted to a series regular.
Question: I need one final Lost scoop before Sunday. It’s my last chance! —Ben
Ausiello: You know that big gathering in the Sideways world that everyone was heading off to at the end of Tuesday’s ep? Rumor has it something very *a* happens.
Question: Don’t you consider Mark telling Lexie, “You could have a husband” in the May 13 episode of Grey’s Anatomy a proposal? Or am I just reading too much into it? —Cheryl
Ausiello: You’re reading too much into it. In order for their engagement to be recognized by my May Sweeps Scorecard, dude needs to put a ring on it.
Question: I heard that Supernatural was planning a time jump at the beginning of season 6. Is this true? —Tiffiny
Ausiello: No. But I think I know how the rumor got started. Apparently, Jensen Ackles was asked in a recent interview what he would like to see happen next season, and he threw out the idea of a flash-forward. And like a game of telephone, that got turned into “Supernatural is jumping forward!” Could it happen? Sure. Will it happen? That’s yet to be determined.
Question: I heard Greek was starting off its new season with a time jump. True? —Becky
Ausiello: This one is true… ish. Allow series creator Sean Smith to explain: “The fact is, we aren’t picking right up after Spring Break. Our first episode opens at Casey, Evan, and Ashleigh’s graduation about a month later. After that, we ‘flash-forward’ to, like, two months later, so we’re not stuck with the summer months.”
Question: Burn Notice spoilers? —Damon
Ausiello: My colleague Vlada Gelman snuck a peek at the first five minutes of the season premiere. She then filed this report: “Michael’s voice-over reveals that he’s been MIA for weeks, but there’s little time for explanations or even small talk when he’s reunited with Fiona. She greets him with a kiss and then a slap before pulling him into the job she’s currently working on with Sam.”
Question: Loved the Gossip Girl finale! But regarding your asterisk quiz from last week, the possible fatality was Chuck, not *a*e, so that was very misleading. —Janice
Ausiello: Chuck isn’t male?! A spoiler alert would’ve been nice!
That’s a wrap! Please send questions, comments, and anonymous tips to ausielloscoop@ew.com. Also, you can follow me on Twitter via @michaelausiello. Thanks for playing! (Additional reporting by Carrie Bell)

Thanks for all the scoop!! Do you have any news on Finn/Rachel in Glee?
something very gAy happens on lost? lol
bad? man.. bad things happening on Lost.. say it ain’t so.
or sad… or maybe we’re being pessimists and something RAD happens.. I don’t know was Ausiello a skater in the 80′s? LMAO
Yeah, I was thinking sad. It could be bad too. Both I hope it’s something much better than those alternatives. Something happy, some enlightenment. I need good news after the Kwon tragedy.
I went for gay too! LOL. Couldn’t seal the deal tho when I thought about who the two sides of that equation would be. Oh well!
Something very sAx
Oh, I hope its something GAY! Finally, it’s about time Lost got a little gay.
@JpAtx- remember Tom Friendly? I like the idea of something fAb happening on the show, but I think it’s more likely to be bAd.
Couldn’t think up anything but gay.
Thank goodness that, other than the unimportant Mr. Friendly, the creators have kept idiot queers out of the story!!! Love them for doing that! There’s already way too much of that crap!
ew: please remove brad’s ignorant and offensive comment. thank you.
I have had a bad feeling about the rounding up of Losties in the flash-sideways ever since MIB rounded everyone up and tried to sink them in the sub!
The Wanda Sykes promo about this slang use of the word “gay” is much funnier than me, but the bottom line, from both her and me, “knock it off.”
My first thought? “Wak.” And I’ve been thinking all season that we still haven’t seen that meteor that originally destroyed Mr. Cluck’s Chicken. (Yeah, yeah, I know the timing is off, but when isn’t it on LOST?) But, seriously, consider the possibility that Sideways is becoming the happy mask to the island tragic mask. They’re using Alice and those mirrors for a reason.
what about something MAD?
c’mon! it’s Lost we’re talking about. Mad’s the correct word
yep. Jack wakes up in his bed and goes “honey you won’t believe the crazy dream I had”
and “Honey” is Sawyer.
lmao Lucas now that would be one hell of a finale!!
hahaha, love it!
Thanks for all the scoop!! Do you have any news on Finn/Rachel in Glee?
THERE WAS SCOOP. LEARN TO READ. AND STOP ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT FINN AND RACHEL!
AGREED! Stop talking about Finn and Rachel! They are th worst characters on the show! Rachel is so annoying and overrated! Someone should headbutt her in the face
you are rude… get over yourself please. being polite is always the answer
Take a pill. I think it was a joke.
Learn to not be a douche.
Disagree! Bring on the Finn/Rachel scoop. LOVE them!
wow, your a douche bag. If Rachel wasn’t on Glee i might not be that committed to this show. Anyways, any more news on what will Happen with Rachel and her mom, or Rachel and Jesse?
come on…seriously?
if someone wants scoop, let them ask for it WITHOUT being annoying. you don’t need to bother them for wanting to know about finn and rachel.
way to be immature.

Bad or sad – neither one is good. And it happens in the sideways world. Desmond is rounding up everyone to go to a benefit concert there. They have been leading us to believe that something bad is about to happen on the Island and that the sideways world is a better place. Grrr. I hope there’s somebody left standing somewhere when this is over.
I went for gay too! LOL. Couldn’t seal the deal tho when I thought about who the two sides of that equation would be. Oh well!
Something fAb happens. Locke was a roadie on the Wings Over the World tour.
Something very sAx

So excited for Burn Notice!

Lol love that last scoop
Glad to see Will is not going to like Emma seeing another guy. Any Finn/Rachel scoop?
Question: Could you give us some scoop on the Glee finale concerning Finn and Rachel’s relationship? —Nils
Ausiello: Something major happens. And it’s major. It’s also really major.
Please read next time. we could all appreciate it.

OMG. BIGGEST SMALLVILLE SCOOP EVER? YES PLEASE.
Second that, wrong of you Ausiello to tease us
it’s really not that big. it’s just hit fodder back to his article that Allison isn’t going to be a season regular.
now a scoop that Michael took a meeting to recant his previous comments and could return as Lex. THAT would be the biggest scoop ever

Emma dating her dentist… would this dentist be related to Mercedes’ dad?
That’s right, Mercedes’ dad is a dentist! I got the impression her parents were still married, though.
So if it’s not going to be Mercedes’ dad, I say cast Lee Pace. He needs a good gig, and he can sing. Plus, he’s Lee Pace!
Lee Pace would be good. So would Matt Keeslar!
Lee Pace is perfect. I’ve missed him since Pushing Daisies.
Big fat WORD to Lee Pace. I’ve missed him so on my television screen.
lee pace is a great suggestion.
AGREED!!
Emma dating her dentist… would this dentist be related to Mercedes’ dad?
Steve Martin from Little Shop of Horrors!!!!! At the very least they need to have a song from that musical on there
God yes! Now I just need to see the rumoured guest star John Barrowman singing Dentist!
But what I want to know is if there is any Rachel/Finn scoop!!!

thanks ausiello! here’s hoping none of my favorites on Grey’s really dies. God, the hype truly does match the intensity of the episode?
If Cristina, Lexie, or Mark and Arizona, and even Callie and Derek or Alex get shot I will break down.
I was speechless for a couple of seconds after watching the first ten minutes. Last years season finale was good but I haven’t loved Grey’s since the season two finale which was AMAZING!
Maybe Meredith miscarries? Idk…
Oh please no! I want to see a Mc Baby!
If you saw the preview,Meredith was paged by Derek & on route to his office. But there was also a preview about her doing lifesaving surgery,So I’m sure McBaby survives
LOL. you obviously didn’t watch the first 10 minutes then, or you would break down. hint hint.

watch the first 10 minutes…this is the most excited i’ve been for grey’s since the ferry boat accident
it is better then the fair boat. Lisa go to hulu and watch the first seven minutes one of those people get shot
i agree with all those people except Arizona. I also saw the first 10 minutes and my jaw dropped. If the 10 minutes we saw is supposed to be nothing then I don’t even know what to expect anymore
I would be devastated if Arizona died. She is my fave new(ish) character and her mentor/student relationship with Alex provides him with so many redeeming moments.
Did it seem to anyone else that there could be an assault of some sort? That wouldn’t be on the score card and would be very very bad
maybe. I’m thinking lots of different things that are too horrible for me to even write – and like you mentioned, sexual assault.
But the thing with this shooter guy is that his main target is Derek, most definitely – and as shown in the previews, and Lexie, because he was angry at her for telling him that his wife would be fine before Webber told Grey himself that she actually wasn’t. And she’s the one that pulled the plug.
Ultimately I’m deciding that Richard’s the one to get down. As for the others, i’m scared.

Jack is gone
Yep. 1 letter and it’s still easy.
Dammit Josh! I was just about to open a socket to division and check the hourlies and you have to go and post ahead of me! Good jorb dude.
It could also be “said by Cole”
Or “Jack is done”.
“Lets go home”
“Jack is gone”
Mark my word
Take me home, I was thinking.
Jack is down.
i think its jack is gone
I think it’s “Let’s go home.” Or would he have asterisked the apostrophe? Can’t wait to see!
Jack is gone is what I think it is.
I thought it was “Jack, go home.”
But, whatever. Shame that Tony hasn’t been in this season.
I think Josh is totally correct. Will sent up for the film. We already know Jack doesn’t die. But Jack is gone could mean he escaped not killed
No. It’s “Take me home”.
Make me soup.
