I never respond to things like this but I love SoapNet and I am really going to miss it when it’s not around anymore. Can’t Disney find another channel to mess with….PLEASE

  • Mariedevasted

I can’t believe you would be this out of touch with your buying market! We are the ones spending -retires!

dont fool youself. PEOPLE WATCH SOAPNET ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. kids only watch tv a few hours a day.

I don’t know about you guys, but I am sick of these idiots who run programing for ABC and Disney. I wish everyone would boycott them both. I know I will. The stay at home moms, housewives, and loyal daytime viewers are getting a raw deal. Their desires as to what they want to watch are being ignored.

I was shocked last night to find that my soapnet channel was no longer in the comcast lineup. I hope Disney realizes that removing Soapnet does not equal new viewers to Disney Jr. My cable subscription is in danger to cancellation as well./

Very upset about losing Soapnet first they take away our daytime soaps and replace them with dribble did anyone bother to find out what women were even interested in before they through yet another cooking show on the air? And I don’t need experts giving me their advice because I am some dumb housewife their night programs seem to all be for the 30 and under set as well if that if they are going to replace Soapnet at least it is with preschool programming but 24 hrs come on!

ANOTHER CARTOON CHANNEL WHAT CHILD IS UP AT 10PM WATCHING CARTOONS- WE HAVE TO WORK – I LOVED COMING HOME TO SEE YOUNG & RESTLESS- YOU PICKED THIS WK WHEN THE STORY LINE WAS GETTING GOOD- BAD CHOICE DISNEY – THINK ABOUT ADULTS WHO WORK IN ORDER TO BRING THEIR KIDS TO DISNEY- NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Carmela

I WANT SOAP NET BACK- KIDS SHOULD BE IN BED NOT WATCHING TV 10PM- WE ADULTS WORK AND SHOULD BE ABLE To WATCH OUR STORIES- I WANT Y & R BACK!!

  • Nancy

The is absolute BS. Kids do not need a 24/7 disney channel, get real!

    What about the adults!

  • Cathy

Soapnet was one of the few channels for women 18-49, why are they giving children another channel. I love children but a 24 hour children’s channel, who is watching this? I would come home from work everyday and unwind with this channel, thanks for nothing!!!!

  • angie

We have so many children channels and how many soap channels do we have ???? Disney does not care about the loyal viewers of SoapNet, therefore I am not letting my children watch Disney Channels anymore!

  • CherylO

How could you? There are already to many shows on for young children. I work during the day and being able to watch Y&R and the rest of the shows is my time to relax. All my kids are grown, so please let another cable network pick up Soapnet or Disney should reconsider.
