'General Hospital' welcomes back Vanessa Marcil

    Hey Ima kind young n just started watching GH 8 months ago and I just would like sum1 2 explain Brenda’s involement from 1993 til now. Who is she related 2. Can some1 get me up 2 date?!

      She is an icon on the show. She was involved with Jagger Cates played by Antonio Saboto Jr. She had a sister that was on the show at the time. Her father favored the sister because Brenda reminded him of the ex-wife. She really was not related but was like every young girl in town adopted not legally but emotionally by the Quartermaine family. Lila & Edward loved her of course. She was just that girl. Anyways too funny she hasn’t even came back to Port Charles and Carly & Sam are seeing green. You can read up on Soap Central there is a spot on her history.

    I am a bit late to the game i guess, i’ve been out of state on work but i’m back. I am INCREDIBLY excited about the return of Brenda and that she is back for a long time! That means i will finally get a Brenda/Sonny reunion?!!! I hope they don’t screw them up. Those two were the most perfect pairing in all of daytime. I watched with my mom when i was a little girl (maybe 6 or 7 when i started) and now i’m in college and i am back to GH. I stopped watching here and there after one or the other left (the actors). I finally stopped for good after she left ehe last time and Sonny was put with that witch Carly. Sonny and Brenda have only ever truly been IN LOVE with each other. Brenda and Sonny are so intense, so complete each other. I am shaking writing this right now! YOUTUBE baby!

    You are so right, finally someone who knows the score. Sonny & Brenda really only loved each other and Carly is no match. Please explain how Jax can dump Brenda at the alter for kissing Sonny but continue to allow his wife to sleep with Sonny not once but twice and DO NOTHING. Jax is a wimp and a joke with Carly he is not the powerhouse he used to be and frankly is unworthy of Brenda. Carly has run over all the men in her life, Jason 1st by sleeping with Sonny and betraying him, Sonny by sleeping with him whenever she pleases and after saying by the way stay away from my kids, and Jax her spouse by sleeping with Sonny and being a tramp. Somebody needs to put her in her place, I’m sick of her rule over Port Charles.
