Lauren Holly (NCIS) will appear as the senator’s refined and graceful wife.

no kidding – it’s hard to be “refined and graceful” when you can’t move your face and look like a washed-up stripper.
It looks like she had fillers injected, which will go away in four to six months.
I have yet to see someone NOT look puffy and horrible using fillers. Christine Lahti looked terrible on Law and Order: SVU. Christine Baranski had them in the beginning of the season of The Good Wife. It appears to have worn off before the end of the season and she looks lovely again.
