Image Credit: FoxFox announced today that is has ordered a third season of The Cleveland Show, this season’s highest-rated half-hour series among adults 18-34 and teens. The animated show that airs Sundays on Fox features voiceovers from Mike Henry, Sanaa Lathan, Reagan Gomez, Kevin Michael Richardson, Jason Sudeikis and Seth MacFarlane, as well as Arianna Huffington in a recurring role.
For the upcoming season, the show will feature guest voice appearances from Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Tony Hawk, and cast members from Glee. Cleveland is from 20th Century Fox TV. MacFarlane, Rich Appel and Henry are executive producers and co-creators of the series.

THat show sucks. American Dad is the best of the McCharlatan shows, and it’s the one that seems to get the least amount of credit. THe Cleveland Show is one of the worst shows on TV, and yes, I’ve seen Glee.

I think they’re trying to go for an urban vibe next season by getting Snoop Dogg, Kanye West and others as voiceovers. Just get away from the typical format of Family Guy and the Simpsons and have a more authentic vibe.

It has its moments like When Clevland is in a gas station bathroom and says “aww someone wrote brown number nine sucks im number two!” But honestly McFarlane needs to retrace his tracks and go back to 2002 when he was really funny.

These shows aren’t even funny anymore. “South Park” still rules the adult animation world. The second best is FX’s “Archer” which was the funniest adult cartoon that premiered this season. That is what a funny adult cartoon should be like. “Cleveland” was the most boring of all the “Family Guy” characters and his new show put an exclamation point on that fact. The only funny thing about it is that David Lynch is the bartender at their hangout. Now thats pretty funny. Those poor manatees in McFarlane’s basement must be working their a$$es off with three shows to create.)….. Matt Stone and Trey Parker own Seth McFarlane.

VENTURE BROTHERS is still the best adult animated show around… packs more laugh in one minute then seth mcfarlane’s crapfest does in 30 m.
