Tyra is one of the best characters on this program. Can’t wait to see what she’s been up to!!!!!
while i am a big Tim and Lyla fan I like the new girl and that she gets him and encourages him

I can’t imagine FNL (the best show of all time) ending without Tim and Lyla winding up a couple. I have thought of a great storyline for season 5 to bring them back together. It goes as follows: Mid-way through season 5, Buddy Garrity has a serious heart attack. He survives but has a long road to recovery in front of him. He begs Lyla to return from Vanderbilt for a year to keep the family business running until he is back on his feet. Lyla, being the devoted daughter she is returns to Dillon immediately. She takes over and finds out how much she really enjoys the competive world of sales. She not only suceeds in running Garrity Motors, but turns the business into a profit-making machine. She decides to expand the auto repair side of the business and posts an ad for qualified mechanics. Who walks in looking to pick up some extra work but Tim Riggins. He is shocked to see her as he has been busy with Riggin’s Rigs and his “farm.” Of course Lyla hires him right away, but it takes a little while for them to trust each other again and to see themselves living out their lives together on the magnificent peace of land Tim just purchased. But he starts building a house and tells Lyla its all for her. Lyla realizes that love and devotion of this level are hard to come by, and they “seal the deal” with a wedding in front of their half-way constructed house towards the finale. Texas Forever!!!!
So……What do you think Ausiello and fans? Let me know.

Really do not want to see Lyla again, sorry! I think Tim finally falling for sweet little Becky and starting a life with her on his land would be perfect because she has always loved him!

I’m am so going to miss this show!! We moved from CA to TN and without DirecTV i’ve had to find bootlegs of the episodes on the internet to watch (thats how i watched all of season 4 because I couldn’t wait for NBC to show the episodes)… I’ll be happy with whatever they do, the part about this show is that its not always a happy sunny ending, and that is real life. So if they brought back Lyla… they’d have to do it without “jumping the shark” with it, make it real or don’t do it at all. Can’t wait for the new season…even though I’ll only get to see it in a box about 3×3″ big and crappy quality!!

NOOOOOOOOOO! Although….Coach WAS under a lot of stress this past season…
wow. a funeral? probably like coach suffers a heart attack for something less severe than death and all the past alumni go back to Dillon to show their support.
Not sure that would really affect Tyra. This is me trying to convince myself that Eric will be fine.
Yes!!! Bring back Gaius Charles!
yes! Smash’s mom was great. of course Smash too!!
I agree! Smash is someone that needs to come back just so we can see how he’s doing. I read through all of your comments and there’s one guy that NO ONE mentioned wanting to see. No one is the least bit curious to see Santiago???? Isn’t anyone curious to know what happened to him? He was a promising defensive player…maybe he Buddy used his connections to help get into a small Texas school. Maybe he went back to his former gang life. I WANT TO KNOW!!!!!
Yeah, where’s Smash?!
THIS. No reunion is complete without Smash. His farewell scene made me cry like nothing else on this show has, and that’s saying a lot.
Too Funny!!
She could come for Tami and Julie…but agreed, don’t want anything bad happening to Coach.
I agree! Need Gaius and much more Scott (more than just one episode). Would love to see some Street/Riggins scenes again! Happy to see all the original castmembers return. FNL, best show ever!!!
