With Rodriguez coming back fulltime next season, the cast would have been way too crowded. Unlike the crap that went down with Criminal Minds, I’m cool with this move.

Eddie Cibrian is a great acator and I thought a nice asset to the show. I don’t like Adam Rodriguez “delko” character or his relationship with Kelly, it looks stuped. I think this year I will stop watching CSI Miami, I will stil watch CSI New York though, and
Gary Sinise is a true patriot not a p ain in the butt like Horatio.

I really like his character, but if I had to choose I would want Walter (Omar Miller)over Cardoza.

Totally not gonna miss him! He was horrible in the role and a horrible fit for the show. And like what is going on with CM and AJ and Paget, CBS hired him and then canned Adam Rodriguez for get ready..”creative decisions” Again which is just tv speak for “we want to save a buck” CBS obviously doesn’t learn from their mistakes. No doubt Rodriguez negotiated an even better contract than he was gonna get last year and when they announced Cibrian had joined the cast, NO ONE believed he was simply an addition…everyone knew he was replacement. Well guess what CBS, it backfired because the fans hounded and tortured you and look who is back on the show…Adam Rodriguez! This situation with AJ and Paget has blown up faster and harder than the situation did with Adam. In less than 48 hrs the fans have rallied and taken to the internet making CBS looks like utter idiots….they caved to fans after a year, how long do you all think it will take them to cave here? Fool me once CBS, shame on me….try and fool me twice, soooo shame on you!

They need to return AJ and Paget to their full time roles just like they did Adam. They’re all veteran actors.

At least they are actors unlike you..!!!!

a small group of fans really liked Cibrian so I hope they don’t take it out on Rodriguez, who stated he hoped no one would have to leave with his return. But Rodriguez can act circles around Cibrian, and trying to believe Cibrian as a boy scout on Miami just didn’t work, knowing his personal choices!

Disagree totally. Rodriguez, IMO, is VERY limited in his abilities as an actor. His idea of acting is screaming and yelling, chewing up the scenery trying to force people to care just to shut him up. NOT! I will say I know he can do a decent love scene, so it has to be the lack of chemistry between he and Procter that makes their love scenes looks to forced and uncomfortable. Cibrian’s love scenes are smokin’, unlike the cold, childish example Rodriguez throws out there with Procter. Those two need to give it up. Together they are taking this show into the toilet.

is it necessary to be such a jerk?

HA! I wonder why CBS declined to comment? Maybe because they are already suffering from “foot in mouth disease” lately with their tv shows and their actors? Frickin morons. Although not sad at all about this one and you would sort of have to be blind NOT to have seen this one coming. He replaced Adam Rodriguez last season and now Adam is back. 2+2=???
