HA! Please! The affair had nothing to do with it. A few years back Cibrian was the ABC lapdog being cast on anything that network wanted to give a show attention. His lame guest stint on “Ugly Betty” killed that show for sure and his little run on “Desperate Housewives” was among the worst. Before the affair he was a lousy actor, now he’s just a lousy actor with a stupid affair nobody cared about and got only attention from US Weekly and Radar Online.
Hopefully he goes back to where he belongs; lousy TV movies and soap operas. Nobody except the people who care about his abs will miss him.

There are A LOT more people who don’t watch then who used to! And this stupid move isn’t going to help them. Terri is right. It’s back to the same old boring stuff – Eric and Calleigh (puke!). And Eddie can act circles around Rodriguez – and he’s a whole lot better looking!

Ratings have dropped because the Two new cast members …And if you think that Calleigh and Eric get all the screen time on the show then im sorry to tell you my friend but you’re wrong …they only get like 5 minutes or less together on like each episode!!
Actually the Eric and Calleigh endless silly soap opera drama does dominate the show. The ratings have dropped with the escalation of that stupid romance (do some research and stopped listening to just the pro-Eric and Calleigh screamers) and Eric and Calleigh being the dominate characters. If you haven’t seen that, what the hell show have you been watching, ’cause it ain’t been CSI Miami. Boy, you’re just the perfect little member of the Eric and Calleigh walk on water brigade, aren’t ya! Oh…and I’m not a “dude” I’m a “dudette!”

He screamed at Calleigh? Are you serious? First of all Calleigh is a cold, hard block of ice who can take care of herself. After what she’s did to Ryan in WISC, she can’t go straight to hell.
and if they are firing people based on choices they’ve made in their personal lives, ryan would be gone too. unless cbs condones domestic violence. togo was arrested a few months back (could have timeline wrong) for beating up his girlfriend.
Whatever happen to innocent until proven guilty, Julie? We don’t know ANYTHING about the facts surrounding that incident. Until there is a conviction, it is simply an allegation not yet proved.

Still this guy was not ment to be in this Tv show …he Was so plain …he had a whole season to show us what he has ..but nothing just boring !!…the rating came down because Eddie came and Adam left but now that he is coming and Eddie is leaving we are going to have so really high ratings!!

As much as I loved “looking” at Eddie Cibrian, I am happy to hear Delko is coming back full-time. Actually, they should keep Cardoza and get rid of Wolfe, he is the worst actor and his character is a sneaky jerk!
Sneaky jerk? Give me a break. Do you even watch the same show the rest of us do? Eric has done much worse than Ryan on the show. Buying weed for his sister, losing his bagde during a random hook-up that was used in connection to a murder etc. Oh lest I forget the wire and spying on his teammates. His self-righteous attitude towards Natalia when she was the mole or his continous suspicions of Ryan’s actions. I don’t feel Ryan is the one that needs to leave. That being said; Eddie never really captured my attention. I have never been a fan. I also knew that when Adam rallied the neighbors to get his job back that something would happen. Despite Adam’s remarks about hopeing that noboby had to leave. The ratings on this show have been slipping since about season 5 (it’s a fact) and has nothing to do with Adam’s absence this season. I do believe that the E/C romance has been a contributing factor in the ratings decline. I over-the-top sophmorish relationship is going to cause the cancellation. TPTB needs to strike a happy medium in regards to the romance; put it on the backburner, return to the procedural drama, and show some respect for the remaining cast by giving them something other than the set-up scene for an E/C moment.
