The character, Eva, is described as a warm-hearted bombshell who joins Chuck in Paris — much to the surprise of Blair, who has been spending the summer there with Serena.
The Wrap first reported news of Poesy’s casting.

Me too! Loved her in In Bruges. Like you said, Chuck and Blair will ultimately get back together. “Eva” will just make it a little harder. I love Clemence. She’s got such a great face. She’s so beautiful! I can’t wait to see her on the show.
