The silly kids over at How It Should Have Ended — the Starz Digital animated web series that proposes alternative conclusions to popular movies and TV shows — have set their sights on the polarizing Lost swan song. Interval swim this morning. 8x100m on 2:30- 1:55,1:58,2:00,2:02,2:02,2:01,2:02,1:59 min. Started out too fast. After two sets, I got into my face and felt good rest of the way. Crossfit WOD slorthy after; Kip Pull-Ups, 20 inch box, Hang Leg Raise, and Tuck Jumps subbed- 11:55 minutes. Did lotta mobility work after school today and feel pretty good.

WOD 16:14IMO hardest part was ianntainmig grip on toes to bar. oh, and burpeees, holy moly. on a brighter note, something clicked in my head on double unders today (maybe it’s because i was actually using a good rope and had plenty of space) and i nailed about 2 sets of 20 DU’s in a row. wow took 4 months to get that down!
