If producers go for it, the story has the potential to be tremendously groundbreaking — à la General Hospital‘s long-infected and (knock wood) healthy lady doc, Robin. But…
What? There’s always a “but,” right? There’s still a chance the powers that be will go with Plan B and give the guy a scare rather than a positive diagnosis. Plan C — scrapping the story entirely — is also a possibility.
Regardless, we’ll find out around November, my source says, when the plot thickens — or doesn’t. One thing’s for sure, though: You will be watching. On an Aushole popularity scale, the show is about a 6.7.

I could see this- This would allow for an end of the year “cliffhanger” on can he stay on as an NCIS agent or not.
I dunno, is Tony really such a cad that he could possibly catch HIV? Sure it only takes one time, but this kind of story seems a little too melodramatic/personal for the likes of NCIS. Plus, then Ziva would never get with him!

I believe it is either Scotty or Kevin which will make it tie into their having a baby. As for Tony, I think the catting around story is going to surround his finding out he has a child.

That… actually give the NCIS idea some weight. That’s what they do – recycle old storylines from the actors’ pasts. Hell, the Jeanne/Frog thing was just recycling the Berrisford Agenda from Dark Angel.
