Exclusive First Look: 'Eureka' season 4 poster!

eurekaImage Credit: Art Streiber/SyfyNo one can accuse Syfy of downplaying the addition of James Callis to the Eureka cast. The Battlestar Galactica thesp is literally the focal point of the show’s official season 4 poster. Story-wise, the image suggests that the group shares a secret that, to a large degree, ties in with the arrival of Callis’ character, physicist Dr. Grant. Or maybe it’s just a cool piece of artwork. We’ll know for sure when the fourth season gets under way next Friday. Will you be watching?

Been counting the days, and begging Ausiello for scoop. Thanks for nothin’!

Still upset they killed Stark. Ed Quinn was the only great thing about the show.

      • AmyBeach

        Totally agree.
Ed Quinn and Colin Ferguson were so fun to watch. I want to be excited about this show again. But Im so not. Once Stark left the show was kind of empty.

Cool poster! I thought that looked like Baltar! I’d love to be watching it next Friday, but SPACE here in Canada likely won’t air the new season till the fall. :(

In some of the previews, it looks like they’re in the 40s. I certainly hope that the “changed equation” is that they’ve gone back in time and gotten stuck.

Yay! That horrible Tess woman is not pictured! awesome – now I can enjoy th enew season.

    • sabine

bad news jamie ray newman (tess) is going to be back … but she is a minor character

    • brody

I really like her. Am I not supposed to?

      • Allan

Jaime Ray Newman (Tess Fontana) is a very good actress, I hope to see her in every episode of this season !

      • Ryan O’Brien

I much preferred Tess to how they wrote Allison last year. She was always bitching at Carter saying he was wrong when for two seasons he saved the day. You’d think she would have trusted him. Carter & Tess had good chemistry and not only did she have a sort of wide eyed wonder with the town that was refreshing, she trusted Carter, even if she found his opinions hard to believe.

      • Route101

I was sorry to see her leave the series for Eastwick, which flopped. She provided a nice relief from Carter’s drooling over Allison Blake.
I didn’t mind Carter’s sister leaving, but will be interested to see how Zoe’s departure will affect the interactions. Anyway, I’m glad to have it back on again.

        I like her too… it’s Carter’s sister I hated. Thank GAWD she’s gone.

      • Sina

OMG! Ithought I was the only one who hated Carter’s annoying sister! Still miss Nathan Stark. That kind of sexy just don’t come along that often.

Can’t wait this is going to be so good. If they only cancel True Blood it would be perfect.

    • W0NK042

Are you NUTS!?! True Blood is great.

    • Rob

Who is this “they” you’re referring to? They’re two different networks. Secondly, even if you don’t recognize what a brilliant show “True Blood” is, why does its existence infringe on your day? If you don’t like it, you can just not watch it.

      • ythu

No Fringe is a good show, nothing like True Blood. You should try Vampire Diaries it is much better.

      • Ana P.

Umm, I think he meant that if you don’t like it, you don’t have to watch it. He NEVER mentioned Fringe.

Why is it that this blog post more than triples the coverage Eureka got in this magazine’s Summer TV preview? No mention of the show outside of referencing Neil Grayston’s crossover episode on Warehouse 13.
