    wanda sykes & julia were given MANY chances w/ shows & blown them al!
    i heard Walmart is hiring ladies.
    King of Queens was the last funny comedy on tv.
    & Gary Inturupted was another LOUSY show. jay mor sucks!

    Excited that she is thinking about a new series! Old Christine was a fantastic show, so sad it’s over. Hopefully she ends up winning the Emmy and they release the entire series om DVD soon!

    Such a shame that the show got cancelled. I really am going to miss New Christine. I wish ABC had decided to pick it up and put it on Wednesdays…it would have been an incredible block of comedies. Oh well….Good luck Julia. Hope to see you again soon.

    I just can’t believe it! The networks leave all of these discusting “reality” shows go on and on, but cancel one of the truly most entertaining shows on TV. I wish I could understand this thinking (or am I the only one who hates reality shows?) If the The Big Bang Theory or Two and a Half Men are cancelled, there won’t be any comedy shows left worth watching.

    Old Christine was consistently hilarious. All of the cast members were good, and I loved the blondes. Wanda Sykes was priceless.

    GIVE JULIA THE EMMY!

    she is the one and only great leading actress who carries the sitcom torch, and they cancelled her show? this is just not right. OLD CHRISTINE is fabulously funny. i can not believe the academy overlooked wanda sykes & hamish linklater for the supporting category too. we love you julia, we will be here when you come back again…

    I agree. I think Julia is the most talented comedic actress of our generation by far. I really hope she wins the Emmy this year.

    I am extremely disappointed that this show has been canceled. It has been consistently laugh out loud funny throughout its run, and then entire main cast is brilliant.

    We(my husband and I)loved Old Christine-what is wrong with CBS that they would cancel a show that has such a great cast and great and hilarious inter-action.Waiting for your next project-Wanda Sykes is great with Julia…
