    Josh i know u don’t know me, but i have followed this show since day one. I just wanted u to know how deeply sorry i am. You seem like such a nice guy and so blessed to have a dad who loves u so much. I’m from Tennessee so that kind of cold u guys get well, i couldn’t comprehend it. You stand out, i know you are going to go so far in life and keep continuing to leave the legacy your dad left you. Best wishes from me to you.

    first & most all I am sorry for ur loss it was also a loss for all that watched Deadliest. My prayers are with you boys & ur grandpa no parent should have to bury a child, but this is life. My husband lost his father @ the age of 22 from the same thing ur father had except he didn’t get that time you boys did. I had just met him right around the first anniversary. He had a hardtime for several yrs it takes time & loved ones to get through this so lean on them. I think Capt. Jonathan as well the other Capt’ns just adopted you boys. As for myself a msg to Jake I too had a prescription problem I feel for you & makesure to continue to seek help & listen to those you love. God bless you & ur family best whises & know there is 1 more Angel watching down on all of you.

    Waiting for the new crab seasons to start, was always worth the wait. Trials and tribulations glued u to the screen, Phil will be dearly missed to all crews & viewers alike , hard working and fished from the heart, with an undying passion & respect for the sea , rest well my distant friend.
    The boys have learnt all the skills to carry on and make u proud.

    I know how hard it to loose your parent, I have lost both now, and I know that going on and doing the right thing with my life is what they would want. I wish you both the best and know in your heart that capt Phil is with you on all your life voyages.

    Josh & Jake i live in Australia i came over from the UK in 1982.
    I started to watch the program from the start but living in Australia every thing is behind other countries. I allways liked your Dad the best as he was a straight person. We do not get the last program about your Dad untill the 24-11-10. I will not miss it as i thought so much of him as Captain Phil.Be strong guys bring back the Cornelia Marie.Stick together as your Dad would have wanted you to.

    Josh you”ve got my heart and prayers.Watching your family go through everything just breaks our hearts, and me and my sons have sat around the tv in tears. You sound like you have a sound mind and support you 100%. The CV will get on it’s feet, I can tell by reading this interview of yours!!!!
