Looking at the fall line up for hour-long dramas it could be Rob Lowe, Rob Morrow, Blair Underwood, Jimmy Smits, Michael Chiklis or Michael Imperoli. Hmm.. I’m guessing Rob Lowe or Blair Underwood. They both seem to jump from show to show.
The only thing Blair Underwood is allowed to jump are my bones!
I am sitting here laughing so hard at your comment!!!! Anona Muss, you have a wonderful sense of humor.
It wouldn’t be Rob Lowe. He’s going to be on “Parks & Recreation” which isn’t a drama nor is it new this fall.
Have to go with Rob Morrow here. Recast please!
What does he mean by “big-five hour drama?”
ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CW. no cable
A new drama on one of the big five networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and The CW)
A drama that’s five hours long.
That leads me to believe this is a new cable show. I don’t know any 5 hour dramas / 5 part series that will debut on ABC, CBS, etc.
HAH
wow. i feel so much smarter than i ever have before.
I am pretty sure he means the 5 major networks..ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and CW.
Nevermind. Read it wrong.
I think he meant network NOT cable — (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW)
Network. CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, CW.
The Big Five refers to the 5 networks of NBC, FOX, ABC, CBS and the CW
While I agree big five means ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and CW, I don’t see how CW can be considered a big anything, there are many cable networks with bigger ratings.
Right, but every TV gets the CW, it’s a network, non-cable, therefore “big”.
Yeah, it’s pretty clear that it’s Rob Morrow.
Isn’t Jim Belushi on a new show this fall? I can’t think of someone more divalike than him which is difficult to understand considering how little talent he has.
he is…and it’s a comedy….next…
la times calls it a drama.
I must repudiate the notion that any show that features Jim Belushi is in any way funny.
It’s a drama. My money’s on Belushi.
Sarah – do you mean “REFRUDIATE”? (sorry, Palin joke)
i think you guessed it!
Doesn’t look like there’s really a “leading lady” on his show, though. Or if there is, she hasn’t been featured in the commercials like Jim and Jerry O’Connel have been.
Rob Morrow just looks like a diva…
Tom Selleck? Heard he is difficult to work with.
Quite the opposite. Selleck is known as completely sweet and professional by all that have worked with him.
No way is it Tom Selleck. He is one of the most respected actors in TV and everyone loves him.
Selleck difficult? He’s a teddybear and a gentleman. I could see him being “difficult” only with someone who was un-professional or hideously rude but even then, not bloody likely.
It’s true. At one point even his mustache couldn’t stand working with him so it quit his face!
Morrow.
Alex O’Laughlin on Hawaii Five-O?
Nah Alex is a cream puff and crews LOVE him – he is a great affable down to earth dude.
you got it the clue was “Big Five hour drama ” so it is either him or Cann
Rob Morrow, Jimmy Smits, or Blair Underwood
I’m going with Underwood on this one…as for big 5 hour event…what about NBC’s show The Event…
Big-Five hour-long. NOT Big Five-hour-long.
what…..a retard
Jimmy Smits? Is he a diva?
No. He’s a doll to work with.
have you worked with him?
Has to be Jimmy Smits
He’s never been known to be a diva.
Dustin Hoffman? Aussiello says it’s a “legendary” actor. And Hoffman has a new series at HBO.
HBO is cable. Not one of the 5 broadcast networks.
my guess is Jimmy Smitts…
