I can’t believe that they are keeping “Rules of Engagement” and canceled the hilarious, Emmy winning “New Adventures of Old Christine,” which got adequate ratings in a horrible time slot. For shame, CBS.
The William Shatner show looks like a loser. Following Big bang may help initially, but doubt it will last.
Denny Crane’s new show will do just fine because its Denny Crane.
I agree. To cancel “Christine” and keep crap like Rules of Engagement and then bring in new crappy sitcoms which will fail, is just criminal.
I’m not a Rules of Engagement fan (dont think I’ve ever watched an episode) but it’s not fair to out that show done just because your show got cancelled. Blame CBS not other programming many people obviously like since it was picked up for another season.
What????? Do you mean “put that show down?”
Rules of Engagement is hysterical, imo
I wish they weren’t moving TBBT to Thursday night. That night’s crazy enough for my DVR!
Yea I wish they weren’t moving it too. I wish it would stay on Monday where it belongs.
Nothing against TBBT, but I hope Community crushes it so badly, the exec who made that call gets canned.
that won’t happen. no way TBBT loses that many viewers and community gains that many in a season.
It will never happen! TBBT is the most awesome show ever!
Agreed!!!
I wish TBBT was staying on Mon.
I wish it was still on behind HIMYM that was the best comedy hour.
What exactly is “Crimetime Saturday”? Has this been on before or do I maybe have slightly more of a life than I thought and I’ve never heard of this?
That’s basically a fancy name for drama repeats. CBS will usually air repeats of their crime shows like CSI or NCIS.
I guess you do have more of a life than you thought.
Crimetime Saturday is basically when they play re-runs of older episodes of shows like CSI, NCIS, CSI:NY, etc.
I am waiting with baited breath. Forget the programs…the commercials…the commercials…the commercials. That is what I wait for.
Amazing Race is an hour and a half now?
just for the premiere.
Wasn’t this schedule announced weeks ago?
Yes, it was announced in May. These are the dates and times of the first shows of the new season only.
Then of course, will be scaled back to either the 30 minute or one hours format.
I hope the idea of moving TBBT to Thursday is quickly rectified. I need it on Monday (least favorite day of the week) and have enough conflicts on Thursdays. Hopefully, clearer heads will prevail.
I agree, it just seems to fit nicely with HIMYM. Now I’ll have to rush to change the channel before stupid Rules of Engagement starts.
Agreed! BBT should be on Monday’s, none of this Thursday stuff! CBS needs to fix that, and now!
I agree about the moving of Big Bang Theory. This is a horrible decision. I got on the CBS website and registered a complaint. Maybe if enough of us complain, they might reconsider. It’s worth a try.
Can’t wait! Less then 2 months until we get to watch Rebecca on Survivor! XOXO
Can’t say I’ve watched one single series on CBS in I don’t known how many years, and can’t see any reason to start again now.
Can’t wait for TAR
They are keeping Rules of Engagement and losing Accidentally On Purpose? I may be in the minority, but I loved AOP. I watched it every week. I watched the first season or 2 of ROE, but got bored with it the last couple of years.
Accidentally on Purpose was good, I think it was growing as a show, I’ll miss it. I liked Gary Unmarried as well, and Christine going off to college would have been comedy gold. CBS blows, and I won’t follow Big Bang to Thursdays, to be the show has already blown…but we all have our opinions.
OMG, nooooo. I will go and weep now. I loved AOP! Stupid CBS.
CSI NY is moving to Fridays? That will be canceled after this season.
well, I read Melina is leaving the show, so with that and the Friday schedule it’s a gonner
I am still ticked that CBS got rid of Numb3rs. That was one of the highest rated shows. They were not thinking what so ever. CBS, you guys are idiots. Plain and simple.
