This show is really gonna have to pick things up after killing off Pearl and Anna. I was so angry when they killed them both off with no hope for returning! As far as I know a wooden stake in the heart of a vampire is the end forever.
Pearl was annoying as heck. Hated Anna at first, but then she grew on me. Nina needs acting classes, though.

Anna was my favorite character on the show. Her smile lit up the screen, especially compared to the sulky, dark theme.
I do like Damon’s character. I think Elena is beautiful (face, hair and figure), but her acting seems a little wooden or not quite as charistmatic as how Jow played Anna.
I’m with you on Anna! She was a doll baby and Jeremy and her would have been great. The first shocker was killing off Pearl (Kelly Hu) she was awesome…I could have seen her becoming a Vampire activist in the show and taking over as Mayor of the town and the big Anna and Jeremy wedding…forget Elena and what’s his name…I’m so bored with them… lol

In the TV Guide interview they said that Elena, Damon and Alaric all go to the university but here they say that it’s just D and A… which is right? I want that to happen so badly they’re my OT3, lol. and yes, team damon!

On this show anything can happen. That’s why you never know plus at the end of the segment I think they hinted at the possibility that it could happen with the “surprise” and everything. Most likely not but still…. a girl can dream. I think if enough people speak about it. It could happen.

A show down between Katherine and Elena is inevitable as only one can live. Katerine is too much of a control freak to let her live, after all, SHE was the original beauty and does not like competition. Damon is just so handsome and hot whereas Stefan is a good-boy-vampire just right for Elena. Damon is right for that naughty bad fun Katherine. Where is Mystic Falls?
Mystic Falls is supposed to be in Virginia, but the show is shot in Atlanta, GA. Awesome that Atlanta is getting more and more tv and film work.
I agree. Of course, Georgia is a “right to work” state, so that might help (i.e. You are not forced to join a union/pay dues). I suspect you would still be blackballed by actor’s guild if you tried to pull that, however.
yeah this show is hot in atl, ga. i live about 20 minutes away from where they shoot!! This is the best show ever!
I don’t know if I can stand the wait for the new season! Hope that when season 1 and 2 are done they put it on DVD

Fantastic…my birthday. Guess where I will be…home watching. I wish that cute friend of Stefan, who came home for his birthday, could be brought back. She’s adorable. Not as cute as the guys, of course but love her smile. lol.
