    Ooh ooh, I’ve got it! Isaiah Mustafa, the Old Spice guy! If he could play dramatic convincingly on the show, it would be an amazing way to extend his fame once the ad fad passes. Plus, I’d love to see the character cast as someone nonwhite, just to make it that much harder for Rigsby to compare himself and wonder what the other guy has that he doesn’t.

    Also, to the casting director: the story arc would be sooooo much better if the person Van Pelt goes for next is female. It would explain a tremendous amount about her weird hot-and-cold for Rigsby and the others her character has dated. A macho ex-football player is precisely NOT who I would expect to see her with long-term.

    Hmm.. what about Henry Simmons? I just got that from Alia.. but he does seem like a good choice :D

    But in all honesty, Rigsby is the only guy for Grace! :-( :-P

    Glad they decided to not continue the Rigsby/Van Pelt story arc. It annoyed the hell out of, especially since the two actors have no chemistry whatsoever. I also never understood what’s ao attractive about Rigsby- so bring on some new hot love for Van Pelt and maybe also for Lisbon. I think the girls on the show need more fun.
