Still can’t get over a Baldwin joining the cast. They are all so sleazy and unappealing. (Yes, including Alec.) Ruins one of my favorite shows.
I agree about the Baldwins. There is something about the way that they talk that just screams sleaze to me.
I have always loved Mae Whitman, a fantastic actress.
awwww, i liked Lauren Graham and Jason Ritter! though i guess it makes sense, it probably would not have ended well. i’m so excited for season 2!
I love this show.
Does anyone else find the Sarah/Amber/boyfriend storyline a bit deja vu-ey? It just screams Rory and Lorelai. But whatever gives MW and LG some drama filled screen time I guess.
I would like to see the writers weave in more details around a storyline with Seth (Sarah’s ex-husband). Adam really made it clear in the pilot that he think he was a “winner”. Seth’s obviously got issues. Sarah alluded to Jim on their date that he’s got a drug problem (as did Amber). Built in drama. And I agree — give that boy Drew SOMETHING TO DO….or have him runaway permanently.
PH is a great show because despite the ups and downs in the end everything will turn out right, and all families will be intact. I feel the same way about this season’s upcoming stories EXCEPT that of Crosby, Jasmine and Jabbar. I thought last season firmly established CJJ as a family. So i was really looking foward to them dealing with family issues altogether, in one place, just like the other Bravermans. So i’m pretty surprised that there is still a question about this family working out. The idea of a long -distance relationship does not excite me, especially since Crosby will be developing a relationship with Gaby.
I was also hoping that Jasmine would have more interaction with the Braverman clan, but now that she will be in NY how is that going to happen? It just seems like Jasmine will be out of the loop/ on the outside. Not really part of the family. While Crosby will be with his family and frolicking around with Gaby?? Of course i will have to wait and see how all of this unfolds, but i have to say i do not like the set up. At least Tyree(jabbar) has a positive view since he thinks his onscreen parents have the best relationship on the show. What an adorable kid.
Apart from this, PH seems set for another great season 2.
Holding out hope that Steve makes as mid season Reappearance for Amber! Once everything cools down and maybe she can go about dating him the right way.
i like the idea of crosby and minka kelly..what do u think?
