As a long time member of the viewing audience of AI, I stopped when Ellen became a part of the show. Now that she is leaving, I can, once again, return to seeing one of my favorite shows

Now that Ellen is leaving I can now return as a member of the viewing audience

They should get Ellen to host Idol instead, and dump Seacrest to the curb. No loss there with Ellen. She was a mistake anyways. Whoever thought of Ellen for the show has to be the biggest loser and fired immediately for such a poor decision. You cannot run a show and let something like that happen. The whole judging panel needs a complete overhaul. Kara needs to go, and so does the irrelevant Randy Jackson. The show needs better producers. 3 panel judge instead of 4. Change things and stop with theme nights and so forth. Add new songs to the show too, I’m tired of hearing the same ole’ songs everytime.

Good for Ellen! She’s too good for that lame ass show anyway. It completely sucks and you never hear of anybody that’s won after they win.Never heard any of their songs played anywhere. The best thing they can do is get rid of the show period.

I didn’t like Ellen as a judge, and I don’t like her show. I tried to watch her show for the humour, but it has turned into more of a game show.
And Miss K. likes to hear herself talk.
At least Simon was honest, if not always kind in his comments.

Ellen would have made a much better host than Ryan Seacrest. I’m so sick of him now and how stuck up he is 24/7 on the show that made him.

      Ellen is funny?
      Ryan hosts?
      Kara judges?
Randy knows how to spell dawg?

      Nuf Sed!!

new show…”WHAT WANTS TO SMITE RYAN SEACREST”….world wide high ratings. most worthless public figure to ever continue walking the earth…

Just cancel this show, it has become too predictable and many many are losing interest.

Who cares its the number 1 and 2 show for that week, it is utterly boring and continues to disappoint.

The votes do not count and there is no proof they are even being considered.
Get a grip America, don’t be fooled anymore!!

Dear Ellen, I don’t bleam you for leaving, I think its a joke, because I’ve been to 4 states with someone who has unbelieveable talent and was told so by judges and producers, I think its a shame that thay let such talent go to waste, if you ever decided to meet so of the talent that went by you doing your time on Am.Idol, just e-mail, you won’t be sorry. Thanks
