    Changing the title was a bad idea from the start. It would have confused viewers and affected the ratings. An overated show in my opinion.

    I didn’t actually read the comments, but I cannot believe so many people took the time to comment on lthe name of a TV show. I can’t believe I am taking time out of my day to comment on the the number of comments so I realize the hypocrisy before thousand jump on that band wagon. But in the words of the great John Woooden, “Goodness gracious sakes alive” please find something better to do with your time! Yes, I still get the hypocrisy of my own wastfulness, but I just wanted to point out the obvious and give you all more fodder on which to waste your time. Since I won’t be reading any of the comments or responses to my own wasted energy, please feel free to call me names, cut me, put me down, etc. Good luck to all, and I hope some of you actually took time out of your clearly very open schedules to vote yesterday.

    I think “Family Jules” is genius. Did you actually pitch that to Bill Lawrence? I noticed in tonight’s show (10-6-10) that above the “Cougar Town” title it now says, “Badly Titled”. Has anyone else noticed this? I guess they started that for this season? I Googled but didn’t come up with anything exactly related (which is how I came across THIS).

    Cougar Town is like Alice in Chains. After a while you forget the individual words have meaning.
