Julie Benz dropped by EW’s Comic-Con suite last week to talk up her role in ABC’s new super-powered drama No Ordinary Family, but you better believe I snuck in a question about her top-secret return to Dexter this fall. And to say she gave some killer (read: extra spoilery) answers is quite the understatement. Benz—who was accompanied by Family leading man Michael Chiklis and boss Greg Berlanti—also opened up about the Rita-related scare that led to the removal of a sizeable Family prop.
OMG, Ausiello, like, how could you ruin Dexter for me? Again? So rude. Who cares if the season ended 8 months ago, it’s not right for you to ruin it for people who haven’t seen the whole thing and who decide to visit sites that will no doubt talk about it without care. It was starting to seem hopeless for a few months in the beginning. The only think that would irk me is if a popular entertainment show spoiled it without a warning. Besides that, nobody should be reading articles about Dexter and acting surprised that they are discussing events that already occured.
I think a lot of people are to frugal to order Showtime so they wait until they can Netflix the DVDs.. Me, I cant wait, which is why I pay a small fortune to my cable company every month.
Dexter stoppped listening to his dad and now he’s gonna stop listening to his dead wife. Rita, the kids and Dexter was the good part about the show. Might go watch
a reality crime show instead.
