I cannot believe one of my favorite shows would associate themselves with this crap. I have NEVER watched the Jersey Shore, but heard they all think they are celebrities now. For what? From what I understand people only watch their show to feel good about their own lives and laugh and the idiots who allowed their even more idiotic lives on camera!

    • Diva

That’s exactly why i watched it. I was laughing at them the whole time. But one season was enough for me.

  • Amy

*facepalm* I believe Bones jumped the shark at the end of S3, but this is jumping the shark, for a second time, if they book The Situation. No offense to The Situation(he’s great on Jersey Shore), but it just seems like Bones is trying to cash in on it. Then, HH wants to know why this show is never nominated for an Emmy…

    • alex

Ah I was going to make a jump the shark comment, so I’ll just ditto you.

  • Chloe

It goes to show that Hart Hanson could CARE LESS about fans of this show! He has been jerking us around with the Brennan/Booth thing now for an inordinate amount of time. If he read just the posts here, he would become informed that, NO, we fans do not want or need such crap sullying our show.

Wake up, Hanson, or you are going to lose us. Why don’t you take a page from Katie Jacobs and have some cajones already – put Brennan and Booth together already!!! Don’t feed us this JS crap.

    • Amy

You’re right. I’m not a Booth/Brennan shipper. So, I don’t care if they ever get together, but he finds joy in baiting the B/B shippers and pulling the rug from under them. He has no plans to put them together, at this time. Who knows if he ever will. So, no, he doesn’t care what the fans think. I think this is a terrible idea, but HH & Co., doesn’t care. $$$ and ratings they care about. It’s the business.

    • Carlson

Okay please comment if you have this information: HART HANSON’S EMAIL OR SOME SORT OF CONTACT INFORMATION. I want to to tell him WHAT THE FANS WANT Booth and Brennan forever and better!

  • Ellen

I’ll watch first then I’ll give my opinion. Maybe they can make a good episode with this material, who knows?

  • Nita Fay

Oh good…he will play a dead guy…kudos to the person who “kills” him

  • Randall

    Booth: Do you hear that?
    Brennan: Hear what?
Booth: I think it’s the theme from Jaws.
Brennan: Why would that be playing?
    Booth: I don’t kn….Oh my God!
    Brennan: What?!
Booth: We just jumped the shark!

    • Randall

      Brennan: What’s that mean?

    • lmao

      LOL this is amazing.

      • cao

        YOU are AMAZING!!! hahahahahahahahahahahahaha :D

  • Hali

Oh come on guys, this is hilarious. I don’t know why you all are taking this so seriously :P .

    • lmao

Because we thought this show was better than that. Then again, it’s not surprising. Bones is always trying to cash in on the new “trends”. It can’t be creative on it’s own.

      • cao

hmmmm and Angel was so creative right? :D

  • Peter North

Kill him for real and I’ll tune in.

  • WTF?

I’ve officially lost all respect for this show. Now I won’t feel bad skipping Bones for Community and/or The Vampire Diaries this fall.

    • Diva

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. I’ll tune into Vampire Dairies and watch this show online. Bones, you have just been downgraded.

    • Sarah

Oh, I know…I’ve just decided that Community will be my priority at 7pm on Thursdays and TVD will be my second. Bye-bye, Bones!

  • jay

Hopefully he will play a brutally murdered victim whose remains can’t be identified. Seriously does Bones really need this?? I don’t think so….seems like a jump the shark moment to me. epic fail…if it goes through.

  • Casey

More audience for the show.. that’s all that matters! This will be a fun episode!

    • Chloe

The thing is: Jersey Shores is not watched by a lot of people even though they may have heard of the show (how can you not when those pigs are showing up everywhere). An episode with any reference to JS is going to go over most peoples’ heads. Or they are not going to care. Like really – do you think Brennan or Booth would actually watch a show like that? For once, I’ll be on Brennan’s side with this one, ie not knowing one bit about this pop culture crap.

If Hanson wants to have a tie in with another show, make it one people actually watch so they will understand and enjoy it. All this is going to be is some gumba is going to get murdered. So what? I’m from CHicago…..use to happen all the time.

    • Sophie Ann

THey’d be better off taking a page from Rock of Love (since Bret Michaels is up on top again). The story could be: murder victim’s bones found in mansion used on reality TV show featuring 80′s rock star (Bret could play himself!!!). Turns out, one or more of contestants that were booted off have been missing.

  • Chris

When they made Zack the Gormogon’s apprentice, I stopped watching the show. Sounds like it’s just gotten worse and worse.

  • Sue

Oh please NO…Don’t ruin one of my favorite shows…Please, Please pretty Please…..

  • Josh

Ergh, I’m guessing this is more of Foxs doing than the actual shows. It’s a horrible idea, so let’s hope it doesn’t go through.

  • Kathy

the shark has officially been jumped.
