Love this reference to the great old movies. This couple really does spark like Bogart and Bacall or Tracy and Hepburn. They just light up the screen whenever they are together.
ITA with this. Some on-screen couples have had it throughout cinematic history and they definitely do. One of the things that makes House & Cuddy so great. That and the writing. Great show. Great couple.
I really like these old movie and movie star references here. They are very fitting. Lisa and Hugh complement each other on the show and in interviews. They’re both very attractive people-he is sweet and charming and she’s sassy and beautiful. He’s serious but funny sometimes and she’s funny too and light-hearted. I really love the entire [H]ouse cast and David Shore and Katie Jacobs are cool. But Lisa and Hugh are my favorites.
They suck. Doesn’t matter though, they will be in my domain soon enough. Lisa is an airhead and Hugh is an egomaniac. Time to pay pay pay.

I just watched a YouTube video of him attending the SAG Award if I remember correctly. And pretty sure he didn’t look too comfortable sitting around those people who aren’t the ones he’s familiar with. He looked awkward.
