    Why would the exec producers put themselves in a position that would sully this crime drama’s reputation by casting this meathead? Regardless if the part requires him to just play dead, he’s a piece of ginzo trash.

    Probably had nothing to do with any “contract” but the fact that the majority of those who watch Bones do NOT want this piece of crap on OUR TV show. This situation guy’s agent probably thought it sounded better to say it was about the contract and not “hey, kid, no one wants you on this TV show since they think you’re a piece of trash”.

      Uh – how is the Situation any more of a piece of trash than David Boreanaz, who cheated on his wife multiple times, including while she was pregnant.

        You shouldnt talk about something you know nothing about, especially what the media puts out. Disappointing? yes. But I wouldnt compare him to jersey shore, the most disgusting show i ever saw. At least D.B. regrets it and isnt throwing (trashy sex) in everyones face!

    Maybe if he spent as much time reading as he does at the gym he wouldn’t act like such a tool. This is one time “contractual difficulties” is a good thing.

    THANK GOD!!! WTH were the writers/ producers of “Bones” thinking of anyway?? they only way i’d want to see this douchebag on Bones is if he is the headless, rotted corpse whose murder they’re trying to solve. then again, who would really care if it was solved?

    Wait until you see the situations replacement!! He is a million times hotter than that tool and has a wayyyyyyy better BODY. When you see the Jersey episode it will be extremely obvious why the situation didn’t make the cut!

    Thank you God!! I’ve always thought of Bones as a quality show and I was beginning to worry that I was wrong. Doing an episode on the subject at all is bad enough but to include one of the morons that make humans look like a mistake of nature would have made it worse.
