Yes, unfortunately I think she’ll die.
Since their return is taking place during sweeps, maybe Mary will have some kind of deeper condition, like post traumatic stress disorder, and it will have her and her husband on the brink of divorce. That would be sad, since they’re so in love, but I could picture that happening. I really hope they don’t kill her character…why bother bringing her back if they’re just going to do that? I think it will have something to do with her emotional state after the shooting, and like someone else said, the bond she built with Bailey.
I’m sure they’ll be back to do her surgery they had to postpone the day of the shooting. Having a major surgery like that would require her to be in the hospital for more than a week. She probably is suffering from PTSD and refusing the surgery.

Who watches Greys that much anymore. Get rid of all that gay sex scene amd that stupid post it note mess. Infat I think Greya sna Private Practice has run its course.
over 15 million watched the 2-hour finale, with viewers at one point hitting near 17 million. and in the important 18-49 adult demo, after final numbers and DVR was factored in, it was the highest rated finale after american idol. that’s who watches it. it’ll run for at least 8 seasons. shonda has confirmed that. and gay sex scenes? lol what?

I once worked for Access Hollywood and interviewed Mandy Moore at some red carpet event and she was one of the nicest actresses I’d ever met. I love when nice people are successful!
